River Birch dental was outstanding start to finish. Their communication is top notch. The dentist is not my favorite place to be but Abby our dental hygienist made it a seamless, comfortable experience and I am actually looking forward to going back. I highly recommend your services and appreciate it greatly!

My daughter (5 yrs old) was also seen by Abby and Dr. Katie. They were so gentle and thorough with her, explained the process and made it a fun experience for her where she has now asked when she will get to go back! Definitely individualized care, looking forward to getting my younger son scheduled with them in the future.

I've been going to River Birch for years, and live everyone! I had a bad experience at another dentist, and my mouth hurt so bad I was nervous to go to anyone else to fix it. Right away, everyone was so kind and friendly and gentle. Now my kids go here for their cleanings, and they absolutely love it! We have three old enough for cleanings, but now have a baby. The staff and schedulers at River Birch do an incredible job of getting us in and out quickly, but also taking their time with the kids! They are so kid friendly here, because they ALWAYS seem to have time for my kiddos never ending questions. Highly recommend this practice!

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Also super gentle in their work. Very impressed with the experience I've had here at River Birch. I've always disliked going to dentist due to past experiences. But these guys are top notch!

I just got my first cleaning and I got to meet all of the hygienists. Katie, who did my cleaning, was very kind and Dr. Schaetzel was informative and explained everything to me. Mio and Abby were both very welcoming. I had a great experience and felt like I was a part of the dental family since the day I came. Thank you to everyone at River Birch Dental!

Very Disappointed about the owners of this dental clinic. I believe was once a good place. But have gone downhill. Seems to be more concerned about making the money. Patients and staff have left most recently. Or let go for no reason. What a shame. I would not recommend this dental clinic. There are plenty of other clinics in the area

Very nice professional dental office in a small town! Staff is so kind and friendly! From front desk staff to the dental assistants and dentist! My hygienist Mio is so friendly and gentle cleaning my teeth! Looking forward to seeing Mio and Dr. Christian in July!

Mio has been my hygienist for quite some time. Not only does she do an awesome job, she genuinely is interested in me as her patient. Coming in every 6 months to her is something I know I will be in great hands. Thank you Mio..so until 6 months...keep doing what you are doing.🙂
