Worst pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone and takes hours for medicine to be ready. I normally go to La Buena Vida they always have medication ready I have never waited that long the most I’ve waited was 1 hour. I had to use Rite Aid because La Buena Vida is closed on Sunday’s. My prescription was sent Saturday 3:30pm is now Sunday and 12:48pm and was told won’t be ready until after 2:00pm. I get there at 2:53 and was told there was only one prescription ready. I had to call the doctor that prescribed my medications I still had to wait and got and finally got my other medication at 4:16pm.

Worst experience right now! I don’t recommend this place at all. I made an appointment early this morning to get the new covid 19 and flu shot. My appointment was at 5pm. It’s 5:46pm right now and the pharmacist barely came out to tell me she can’t give me the flu or covid vaccine and I couldn’t understand why. I waited for 46 minutes for them to tell me I need to wait a couple of months. Just wondering why rite aid doesn’t check their appointments! This would have been helpful and I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I feel that CVS is way better for vaccines. I don’t recommend this place at all!

I went into the store to pick up a order i did online cause the pharmacy line was crazy long . I proceed to the pharmacy since i had bought a covid test well the indian short lady was already being rude to a customer i get to her asking me for my date of birth to her asking me 3 times for it cause she couldn’t comprehend it. Just straight up rude and told me to go to the front . So i proceed to the front and then the cashier rude also yelled my name and said she was looking for me outside . Why would she be outside dont know . At this point im disappointed by the cutomer service in this place .i told her i wanted ice cream and the lady from ice creams asked did you pay for the ice cream all rude . At this time i told her you guys are so rude really bad customer service and i got the ice cream and left . Never did i get a apology a sorry nothing .

HORRIBLE PHARMACY. DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. ESPECIALLY MILITARY DEPENDENTS. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Tried to pickup my prescription right after going to urgent care where I had just used my insurance. When I went to get my prescription they tried to tell me I do not have insurance. I have military insurance through my husband and the pharmacy staff does not understand how to input military insurance into their system. They tried to tell me I was not covered even though I called in front of them and proved that I was. Went to this rite aid 2 weeks ago as well and got a prescription just fine, so my insurance should be in their system. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I will never be going to another rite aid again if they do not know how to do their job. If the owner of this rite aid sees this review PLEASE TEACH YOU STAFF HOW TO IMPUT MILITARY INSURANCE. Thank you.
