Just wanted to say thank you to Dr Pruhs and the hygienist for a wonderful experience on my last visit on March 13th. I needed a crown and filling and the appointment took two hours. Ridgeview Dental Group used to be a place where I went as a kid and always enjoyed my dental hygienist. As I got older, I still stayed and would come back to this office even when I lived overseas. I have had some great experiences here. I even left an amazing review praising them and giving them a 5 star review on Yelp.

But today, I'm writing to let you know that their "sincere warmth and care for their patients" can suddenly twist on you at any moment (So now I'm questioning just how sincere they were being). I now hold a holistic approach to dentistry and therefore, they discharged me as a patient. Which this is completely fine. However, the manner in which they did it was very unprofessional.

I received an email discharge letter from a locked password portal. I think since I was a patient for roughly 25 years and they knew how much I valued them and would always thank them, I would have expected at least a conversation via phone call with them explaining that our different philosophies are hard to accommodate at this office.

If you are looking for an office that holds integrity, unfortunately, I have to say that this is not the place.

If you need to find a dental office this is your place!!! Their service to you is the best from the moment you walk in. You won’t be disappointed. So kind,caring and gentle. Please don’t hesitate. They are so engaged with each other. You can tell they love what they are doing. They were having a pumpkin contest!!! All were amazing like their employees!! Thank you

I am terrified of the dentist, and I hadn’t been in several years. I was very nervous about my appointment, but I am so glad that I chose to come to this place instead of somewhere else, because they were very kind, patient, and understanding with me. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and answered my multiple questions without getting annoyed, and Dr Specht and the young lady who worked with me were awesome, and I’m pretty sure Dr Specht even touched up a problem area that I had for free. I genuinely thank you all so much. I’m not surprised that you have so many great reviews.

My daughter came in anxious for her ortho consult. Everyone was so nice and calm and she felt much more comfortable as we left the appointment! She's ready to get this process going!

Absolutely horrible they said they could help us in an emergency situation for my daughter. They did nothing and said they couldn’t help and charged us $100 for a five minute consultation. They should be ashamed taking advantage like that of a parent trying to do the best for their child. We never expected free and we’re absolutely willing to pay for the consultation but $100! For absolutely nothing that is nothing but a greedy money grab so shameful.
