Anthology Senior Living is the absolute best. I feel very at ease leaving my loved one in their care. The staff is kind and attentive. Activities are better than my own daily activity. Facility is clean and maintained. The new Chef is the best. I was invited for lunch and was served chicken caprese salad that was better than in any 5 star resturant. Thank you Anthology for all you do.

Our mother lived with my wife and I for about 4 years until we needed professional assistance. Her dementia was progressing rapidly. Numerous friends spoke highly of Anthology. It has proven to be the perfect choice. So much sunlight creates a healthy environment. Lots of great people & superior services to meet specific needs for Mom.

Everyone at Anthology are absolutely amazing! They are so helpful & supportive during an extremely difficult time in deciding whether or not to move a loved one into a senior living facility. While we decided to have our loved one live with family members, staff at Anthology were there supporting us.

am writing to extol Anthology and give it a 5 star rating. Here is why. My wife and I moved into Anthology in June, 2022. We moved from a different senior living facility which was nice, but could not compare to Anthology. This facility has virtual floor to ceiling windows in all apartments and common areas which make the facility cheerful and bright. In addition, we have covered parking, an indoor heated pool, a beautiful gym with multiple machines and a Fox Rehab staff second to none. Also the food is outstanding and we have table side ordering and generous hours for all three meals. Moreover there is live entertainment every week and beautiful terraces on the 11th floor with beautiful views of the entire area. Because of its location, restaurants and shops are nearby. Finally and very important, because our home is 11 stories high and has 2 banks of elevators, the distances to any area is not long, and if an elevator breaks down, there are still 4 that are operational. The staff is superb and very caring. Our management team is as good as any in this area.
In summary , the location, the physical plant, the beautiful interior, and the staff makes Anthology a beautiful home deserving of 5 stars.

My Father has been at this facility since its inception. It has been about 2 years now and he is getting incredibly excellent care in a luxurious atmosphere that has been such a blessing to all of us. I highly recommend this faculty to all my friends and family. We are so grateful for everyone’s hard work and can not thank them enough.

I visited one of your residents with four other family members, including three young children on Sat afternoon. In contrast to some previous experiences, I found the receptionist, Jessica, especially friendly and accommodating. Also, Nessa, CNA, is an outstanding caretaker who demonstrated expert caretaking skills and patience with my mother's-in-law constant demands to make adjustments to her bedding in an effort to keep her comfortable. Our family is very pleased with your current care plan and the staff who are implementing it.

My husband has been a resident in the memory unit here since November 2021. Although I was always pleased with the response and the caring of Jackie and Kathy at the front desk, as well as the weekend, receptionists, Cheyenne and Jessica, almost immediately I had some concern regarding the management team and the care team for the memory unit. However, there has been a major change in the management team for this location and their responsiveness to all of our issues has been outstanding. In addition, the care team for the memory unit has added some exceptional people and they also have been able to retain the outstanding and best caregivers who have been there and who really care about the well being of the memory units residents, replacing those who just seemed to not care. Tamora, lead care giver, made some very needed improvements to the 4th floor. They now have tablecloths and place mats for every meal. The table settings are very professional and add to making the dining room more inviting. There is a beautiful 4th floor outdoor atrium for the residents and Tamora has started to add seasonal decorations out there as well as throughout the 4th floor.

Latest Update after January 28, 2024 Assault on my mother
by a male resident:

New 'story' of mom's abuse by a male resident is that -
“the man tripped over mother’s foot and fell on top of her”.

Previous ‘view’ of camera footage by Tamayra stated:
‘there was no physical contact between the residents”
- 2 different accounts and 2 blatant lies.

Director has still not reported incident stating that this was a ‘non-incident’.
Physical contact between residents is an ‘incident’ and must be reported.
Incompetent statement covers up the abuse. I was an eye-witness and victim and Anthology has the audacity to deny the assault and cover it up.

My 95 year old mother was placed in the memory care unit by my brothers in January 2024, unbeknown to me. She had been at Sunrise of Paoli and was very well taken care of. The staff were attentive and cared deeply about their jobs and their residents.

She suffered at Anthology: Neglect, Abandonment, Malnutrition, depression and a sexual and Physical assault by a patient on her floor.
From Jan. 24th-Jan. 28th I observed a severe lack of personnel, management, administration, nurses, aids etc. 24/7.

I had last visited my mom at Sunrise of Paoli in mid December of 2023. She was the picture of excellent health, walked constantly,
ate voraciously, did crossword puzzles, and read. She was funny, smart and loving.

Within 30 days at Anthology, My mom had lost at least 10 pounds, was frail, weak, and depressed and kept saying,
"I want to die, please let me die"
She had not eaten for 3 weeks. (confirmed by various staff that I spoke with) She had severe stomach pains from drinking spoiled ensures that they had left on her nightstand. And she was dependent upon a walker.

They had no gatoraid, pedialyte or bottled water to give her.
I went out and bought multiple supplies of these items, and fresh fruit and crackers. When I would leave her room, these items would be gone when I returned. There is a man and a woman who go in and out of all the rooms and hang out. On 4 occasions this man would be sitting in the chair in my mother's room. The staff is aware of his wandering and does nothing about it.

On Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 2 in the afternoon, my mother and I were sitting in a chair arm movement class and the same man that roams the halls day and night and enters rooms -
LUNGED at her, grabbed her left breast and forced himself on top of her. Sitting next to her, I had to get between them, yelling "STOP! -HELP!-STOP! - HELP!", and had to wrestle him off of her to keep her chair from falling backward. He then struggled with me. There was no help from the staff and they are claiming it didn't happen. I am a 66 year old woman defending my mother from a brutal assault in a multi-purpose room with cameras.
I immediately requested from Tamayra Taylor (a med tech who was the only supervisor in the entire high rise) an incident report and a review of the camera footage for proof. She refused to let me see it. The girl conducting the class was Tiara Williams and she said nothing. I then filed a police report with Upper Merion Township officer Joseph Flint, case
# 24-01878, contacted the Department of Health and Human Services, Protective Senior Services Hotline, and am hiring a lawyer.

I have photos of the man that attacked us at 2P.M. and another photo of him asleep in a chair at 10 P.M.that same night, near my moms room. No one was around supervising him and encouraging him to stay in his room.

Anthology later manipulated the camera footage and said:
"They observed no contact between the 2 residents, only my contact with the male resident." Shockingly covering their liability, rather than protecting my mother or myself!

How can they possibly keep my mother safe when I am not there, when they can't keep her safe when I am sitting right next to her? To add insult to injury - they continue to abuse us by manipulating the truth to protect themselves.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS HORRIFIC PLACE!
