Very clean place and very friendly staff with a plethora of services. Before we used the sauna, there was a young woman who showed us to the sauna room. She did a good job of explaining what to do before and after the sauna, but simply showed us the remote and stated you can change the lights. I do not remember her explaining that there were different lights for different benefits. During the sauna session, I remember pressing the remote to change the lights and the lights didn't change. Afterwards, I mentioned this to a different woman and she explained you have to change the color on both lights. I really wish the remote would have been better explained to us so we could take full benefit of the different settings. I still gave Restore 5 stars because I was not upfront about my disappointment of this element and I feel if someone does not say something directly, it is not right to give a bad review.

Overall, I loved the sauna session and will be back. I noticed the skin benefits of the infrared sauna after just one 40-minute session. My skin was softer and visibly more plump. I was very surprised!

Wow is all I can say! Dr. Danielle Gray has an amazing place where you can go to feel absolutely great! I have had sciatica for over a year and after the first 2 sessions with Dr. Gray I feel like myself. No more pain and stiffness in the morning. All of her services are the best, from cryotherapy to the infrared room! I have found a place to make me feel wonderful! I’m so happy that I found Restore and Longevity in Wayne!!

Restore Cryosauna is the best around! I had tried other places and never saw results. It wasn't until I came across Restore back in 2017 that I started to see improvements in my overall health. I

On my first visit the staff there took time to understand why I was there and took the time to recommend the services/plans that would help me see improvements within a few visits.

Dr. Gray, Gracie and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is extremely clean and the booking app is very easy to make/change appointments. You won't be disappointed with any of the services.

All the staff is VERY professional yet sincere and friendly, plus knowledgeable. Great atmosphere the moment you walk through the doors. My first time using cryotherapy. It definitely helps, but I'll have to go a few more times to really reap the benefits. Great experience overall. Highly recommended Restore Cryosauna Wayne.

Dr Grey has been extremely helpful in healing my chronic injury. She has helped me with my overall wellness using a variety of different modalities. The staff here is always polite and willing to do whatever they can to help. Overall the office is very accommodating and knowledgeable which is comforting and appreciated. Definitely the BEST investment I’ve ever made in my health.

I originally bought a Groupon for 5 cryo treatments but will keep going after they are done. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is. Kim and Michayla were very helpful and explained all of the different treatment options including infrared, compression chamber, and cryo. They offer full chiropractic services and have nice package deals for multiple treatment options. They have an adorable bulldog in the office who moves like a slug but, she is very friendly and sweet. This is a little bit of a hike for me but very professional. I highly recommend coming here for any of your body's woes.
