I just recently finished my workout plan with Dr. Kailee and am happy to say that at 10 months post partum, my diastasis recti separation is healed, my balance is back, and I have muscle definition that I’ve never had before! No more pain in my hips and no more heaviness or pressure in my pelvic floor. Dr. Kailee gave me gradual progressions in my workouts, taught me how to use my muscles to their best ability, and told me the importance of nutrition and my mental health as well.
She was always encouraging and helped me feel capable!
She and the other therapists were always kind and helpful, I never felt silly or judged, especially in the beginning when my balance was so off😅
Thank you, Kailee for everything!🤗
I finally feel like me again!👏

I’ve been working with Dr. Kailee to help regain my core, pelvic floor, and back strength since having my baby in July. She is so kind and knowledgeable about what exercises would best benefit you. What I didn’t expect from sessions with her, was the mental strength I’d be gaining as well. Dr. Kailee stresses the importance of emotional and mental health and how it can impact your body. I truly think this sets her apart from other pelvic floor/physical therapists. I’m looking forward to the rest of my sessions!

I highly recommend Resilient Motherhood for full body/mind support in the postpartum period. After giving birth to my second child, I noticed that my core and back were very weak, prohibiting me from moving freely. Working with Dr. Kailee is just what I needed to heal my core and back from two pregnancies and deliveries. I am now able to engage in more difficult exercises, along with caring for and holding my babies, without pain or discomfort. Not only does the PT work wonders, but we always had fun talking and chatting at our PT sessions. Thank you, Resilient Motherhood!

I met with Kailee to prepare for my first labor and delivery. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the physiology of birth and has worked with me at every stage of pregnancy to help my body cope with the challenges of each trimester and the final challenge of labor. The exercises she gives are dynamic and responsive to your body's changing needs during pregnancy. I felt like I could bring any physical difficulty to her and she'd give me an exercise, stretch, or massage technique tailored to correcting that issue. I'm also super grateful for her help with pushing techniques, pelvic floor relaxation, and breathing practice as I near my due date. I can't recommend her enough and am looking forward to working with her in the postpartum stage!

Dr. Kailee has been paramount to my postpartum recovery. I have rheumatoid arthritis and suffer from chronic pain that has been increased postpartum. She listens and helps me target my direct areas of pain each session while also teaching me where and why the pain is happening. I’ve been able to use pain medications less and my exercises more to help my discomfort. She also taught me the correct way to push during delivery which aided in my goal of a natural childbirth. She treats the whole body and mind, not just one targeted problem or ailment. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a great experience working with Kailee to get my abs and pelvic floor working together properly postpartum after my first pregnancy, and she gave me some easy tips that helped me stay relatively pain free during my second pregnancy. I easily recommend her to anyone. She is a wealth of knowledge, a calming presence, and a pleasure to be around.

I came to learn of Kailee's services through Shining Light Prenatal when I signed up for a Pelvic Floor strengthening class. During the class, which Kailee led, it was evident how much knowledge she had about the body and how it works. She was very informative and following the class she was kind enough to take the time to speak with me and answer my questions.

At the time of the class, I was 6 months pregnant with our third son and had experienced a severe tear in my second delivery. I thankfully did not have many repercussions as a result of that tear, however I did not want to risk repeating that injury with my third birth and then risking incontinence or other difficulties. Expressing this to Kailee, she explained how important strengthening the pelvic floor is and discussed ways in which I can best prepare my body for labor and delivery. Following our discussion, I hired Kailee to do multiple rounds of PT in preparation for birth.

During our sessions (which she conveniently came to our home for), she was really informative and helpful in teaching me exercises that I could do to 1. strengthen my muscles for maximum control, and 2. positions that I can utilize to help during labor and delivery. She also explained the intricacies of how the body works before, during and after labor, helping me to understand what my body needs and why. She was always exceptionally helpful outside of the sessions as well by sending me articles and videos to watch that would help further.

I notice a significant difference in my body and in the strength of my pelvic floor muscles already. I also feel well equipped to get through labor and delivery this time around. I am grateful to have found Kailee, look forward to her assisting me following delivery, and would gladly recommend her services to anyone.

Dr. Kailee has been a huge benefit to me after delivering twins. I tried to do an online core rehab program, but failed to understand how to do the exercises properly (even though I thought I was). Dr. Kailee was extremely patient in helping me understand how to correctly engage my core in a precise and step by step manner. What a huge difference! I noticed improvements very quickly. She is also extremely professional and timely, and you can’t beat the convenience of having her come to your home. I will be recommending her to all expecting moms!
