Beautiful facility, great day shift staff but TERRIBLE PM and night shift staff. They were VERY demeaning to my loved one and down right rude! Do not leave your loved one there!!!! When Administration was notified they said they would talk to the staff member (but there were multiple staff that we're rude and demeaning!). Also, they aren't committed to helping patients be successful. They have meetings regarding plan of care without inviting the proper people involved. When discussed with Administration they stated they're policy was to notify one person and that was the patient! They put a note in his room as well but didn't feel they needed to notify family that coordinate care when the patient is at home!!!!!! If my loved one was still there, I would have involved the Ombudsman.....if you place your loved one there be there often! Care is subpar and it starts with the Administration!!!!!
