I worked with Melanie for my back pain, and she was amazing!! From day one, I felt at ease with her, and she really took the time to listen to what I was going through. Her approach to therapy was spot-on, and I noticed improvement much faster than I expected. She’s not only skilled but also really down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Melanie accurately diagnosed the root issue of my nerve pain and put me on a protocol that immediately began relieving symptoms. Chronic nerve pain is consuming and discouraging. Melanie empowered me to mange my pain with stretching and weight lifting. I’m so grateful for her expertise and the time she took to really listen.

I've never been to a PT before so Melanie is my baseline. I feel like if I ever had to go to another it seems like Melanie will be hard to beat!

Melanie is patient, a great listener and the strengthening exercises and mobility exercises have almost fully addressed the issues I came in to see her for just over a month ago.

I've seen her a total of three times now. We met for 1 hour the first time and then I came back 1 week later. After the second 1 hour session I was going to come back two weeks later but I had a change in my schedule so it ended up being three weeks. I'm doing much better than when I first came in so I may come back in another month if I'm still experiencing issues but so far the plan Melanie created for me has really improved my pain.

I highly recommend Melanie!

UPDATED A FEW MONTHS LATER: After I wrote this review I did not have to return for further treatment and I've been pain free ever since! 🙂

Melanie is an excellent physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I had a work related back injury recently. After one visit with her, I learned so much about myself and my capabilities. She helped me get beyond my fears and ever since, I’ve had very minimal to no pain. I am able to move about my work day and daily activities without issues. 10/10 would work with her again.

My 13 year old daughter had an untreated groin strain that turned into a hamstring strain. We went to Melanie for treatment so my daughter could continue to compete in her sport (🏀) during a busy season. Thankfully her injuries were able to be treated through a series of strengthening and stretching sessions and she was able to still play with minor modifications (resting periods) until she was back to full strength.
Melanie is so knowledgeable with how to heal, strengthen and protect going forward and knows that stopping all movement and strengthening can impede healing in certain situations. Melanie is the best.
