Do not take anyone to kirkland village for rehab.First of all DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE FOR PT, OR OT! The nursing staff, nurses aids and doctor are wonderful! And I can't say that enough! When it comes to the rest that why you need to find somewhere else to take your loved one. One of the pt people instead of getting help told me to help her with helping my mom up and ever since I've had bad back problems!! And second they were trying to get my mom to the bathroom and the pt person DROPPED HER ON THE FLOOR. And when I talk to a "higher" up no names mentioned but you know who you are she unformed me that mom was lowered and that she didn't fall. Mom is 79 years old and she knows if she dropped or not. And now mom is tromitised by it. And her last day there there were 2 pt people trying to walk and she passed out. Then she was taken to a hospital where I found out she was dehydrated, had a bladder infection, cfif and so on. And when it was time for her to go back to kirkland village, in my own words they basically didn't want her back because medicare money was starting to run out and medicare wasn't seeing a improvent with mom. Well that because she was afraid because she fell. What were they expecting. So don't do it. Take your loved one some where else. And my first clue to all this is on day one when they had me sign forms and there was one there about suing them. I have NEVER sued anyone before. That show have been my very first clue!

Would not recommend this for anybody in the world. My family member developed severe diarrhea while in this rehab facility and was left sitting in her own feces 4x in one day until we finally brought her to the hospital. They have a 14:1 ratio and never answered her call button. Furthermore, she mainly went for rehabilitation services and was told she would receive 2 hours a day, but only received 40 minutes per day. Overall terrible experience to think this is where we have to turn to get help for our loved ones when we can’t help them ourselves.
