Refine PT and Dr. Blake Thomas have brought me life changing care on multiple occasions. The Refine team will thoroughly listen to you, evaluate your injury, and put you on a therapy plan that will help you return to life pain free!

Blake is awesome! First PT session and confident that I should be good as new in a few weeks. Takes insurance. Super clean area, professional yet personal demeanor, and very conveniently located inside the Red-X gym.

I only have great things to say about Refine PT. I thought my only option was surgery, but thanks to Refine, I feel like a miracle has taken place. The individual attention from an outstanding Physical Therapist has made the difference. Blake Thomas is wonderful! He listened to me every step of the way and provided the treatment I needed to help me not only recover, but become stronger. I believe the one-on-one method used by Refine is hands down the best option for physical therapy. Because the therapist was right there with me during the therapy, he could make adjustments based on my response to treatment. I have no doubt this is the reason I achieved positive results so quickly. Blake is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He is a top notch professional. I highly recommend Refine PT and Performance to anyone needing physical therapy.

I've had 2 total knee replacements since February and I have had the best PT with both knee's. I am in better shape overall than I have been. I highly recommend Refine PT! Thank you Blake!

My son enjoyed going to PT each week. Blake was wonderful to work with and helped my son increase awareness and strength so he could do the sport he loves with less risk of pain or injury.

Refine PT, Blake Thomas provided professional physical therapy for my shoulder and set me on a path to success. I appreciate him answering all my questions concerning the health of my injury and how to build strength and endurance. My shoulder was worked properly to ensure I was ready to work out on my own. I recommend Refine PT for their professionalism, promptness, and conveniently facilitated at RedX Fitness, Decatur, Alabama.

If you are in need of a PT in the Decatur, AL area, Refine Physical Therapy is your best choice. Blake Thomas, an exceptional and personable care provider, treats each appointment like it’s the most important thing in his day. He will listen to what you are saying and go into great detail, if needed, to explain what’s causing your problem. He will also develop the right treatment plan to correct it. Refine is not a PT mill like some of the other therapy services out there. I have been to plenty of physical therapy in my day and none compare to my experience at Refine.

Refine PT&P in the hands of Blake Thomas has been a life changing experience for me. The plan of care along with his attentiveness, expertise and knowledge were instrumental in my knee rehab. What sets Refine PT&P appart is Blake’s one-on-one therapy sessions. Highly recommend it.
