Thank you for helping my toddler this evening! We thought he might have broke his bone and I was dreading going to the emergency room. I’m so glad I called to see if you had someone that could help. I also super appreciated your extra care and attention with my little guy. Everyone was so patient with him. Thanks again!!

refused service during office hours not once but two days in a row. Came in just after 5 o’clock and tell the lady at the front desk all i need is a doctors note for work. i pretty much know what’s wrong with me. refuses to see me because they are closing early. come back the next day at 12:30 (lunch isn’t until 1) the same lady i saw the previous day greats me at the door with “all of our rooms are full and we’re trying to make lunch on time”. I tell her i was here yesterday and she proceeds to laugh in my face. i’m glad she thought it was funny. At my job if we have things to do that dip into our lunchtime we finish the job and have lunch after. I’m a street and utilities worker, we stick jobs out to not inconvenience others but apparently the medical facilities around here don’t mind doing just that to sick people.

The office manager is rude and doesn’t care. I had a bill for $35 and I called about it and was told I would receive a call the following Monday. I had to call back after not receiving a call for over 3 months. She was rude right from the get go. There’s no need for that kind of attitude in your line of work. If you’re unhappy you should find another place to work.

I've taken both my Dad and my partner to Redwood Urgent Care where they received kind, empathetic and efficient care when time was of the essence. My partner who has suffered brain stem glioma that was recently discharged from radiation at UCSF, began aspirating and having breathing weakness. Local ER's claimed he had zero infection and was likely 'the crud' (seriously!?) Appointments at local clinics can be too spaced out for serious issues. Redwood Urgent knew right away he had pneumonitis from the aspiration, prescribed the correct medications and basically saved his life. I will bring my loved ones here in the future going forward.

Very professional staff and calm waiting area; even had Christmas movies playing. Went in for something minor and they took the extra step to let me know something more serious may be going on, in regards to my results, and sent me to the ER. Great local resource.

Don't waste your time and go there!! The staff is rude!!! They barely perform any medical services!!! The billing department said that Medicare wouldn't pay for a simple ear inspection and a prescription for antibiotics!!! Then the rude woman said "Please don't come here again and hung up on me!!! Unacceptable!!! Just go to St. Joseph's E.R. in Eureka CA and they will take both Partnership and Medicare.

This establishment provides absolutely no privacy when checking in. The personnel at the "front desk" (really just a window in a cramped waiting room - no partitions, literally 5 feet away from the closest waiting room chair) speak loudly when asking what brings you in, often allowing everyone in the waiting room to hear very personal information. Its a small waiting room as well, so even talking at a low volume is easily heard throughout the entire room. I myself have heard some extremely personal info being forced out of people who might already be embarrassed or self conscious (I would be). There does not seem to be any real concern over confidentiality - a federal law and moral obligation.

Every time we've reached out to them, the front desk has been rude and down right mean. Get a different job if you're tired of helping people.
