I was at Ramona rehab for almost 2 weeks after a total knee replacement. During that time I noted the staff patient ratio.is amazing. The nursing staff is excellent friendly and hard working. PT and OT staff personalize the needs for each patient. I was up walking and building my strength at the right pace. They are friendly and informative. The food is excellent I have never had such good food at a facility. All in all a very positive experience.

This is by far the best rehab that I have ever seen! Every person that works here is friendly! I especially like Victor! He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done right and he is very good at his job! He cares about his patients!

The building might be a little old but don't let that fool you. Great people working here. Attention to patients is excellent !!
Physical therapy is great. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful.

I just want to say this is the best rehab in Hemet. My mom had congestive heart failure. We had been to most. When I broke my elbow pretty bad I came here. I was there 6 or 7 weeks.
I was taken care of beautifully. The CNAs became my friends as well as the nurses. They made me laugh when I would cry. They always encouraged me it would be ok. I remember each one of their names and will never forget them. The gave from their hearts to help us not for a pay check. Whoever does the hiring has a gift!
This place is also kept very clean and always smells good throughout the facility.
They have activities throughout the day. It was so great to get out of my room and have some fun. I even made friends with a few residents.
I recommend them to anyone who wants their loved one treated with respect and caring. I was there alone no family to visit and they treated me right. I give them an A ++++++. All the other facilities in Hemet need to model themselves after Ramona. Thank you for making a traumatic time for me much easier!!!

My Grandmother has been in the facility for, coming up on 6 years, and gets the BEST care. The Nurses, CNA's, Administration and Staff are just wonderful ..,.......Your in GREAT hands with your loved one living here.......,My grandma turned 102 this year and they had a lovely party for her. The Activities, Activities Director and it's staff, have her busy with Bingo and other fun stuff everyday....... She's very happy!!!!!!!

Been here a day already and they can't seem to get the Dr. to sign for my pain meds. Then my CNA Elizabeth stood chatting with my roommate showing off her kid pics from her phone while knowing I had soiled my pants and I barely got some of my regular meds. Everything about this place socks but Thomas, who did what he could right away to make things better. Update: I decided to advocate for myself and I felt heard. Things were taken care of immediately. I feel much better. My med situation has improved greatly! That has certainly helped. I've gone from hating this place to now being impressed.

My Dad has been here seven days due to FONTANA KAISER PERMANENTE ILLEGALLY DUMPING HIM.
They can't seem to get this man a TV for the life of them!! Yesterday, he FINALLY got a TV, but they lost the remote. (While writing this, he finally received a remote).
A few days before that my Dad was telling me he can't get any help when pushing the call button. I figured out it didn't work...wth, don't they listen to patients when they tell them they have been calling and calling Nobody would fix it so the Director of Nursing stepped in and fixed it. JUST NOW I went back to his room and the call button was hung on the wall behind him, how in the hell was he to get help from anyone with no call button!!! Wtah is going on!!
Yesterday, we had a meeting with five different people.
All WE heard was, "we will be dumping him back to you when we can do it legally."
I was told multiple times how I FEEL. Wth!! I told them where my anger was coming from and two ppl continued to tell me what I am feeling, which is unexceptable. The total cluster-f our family has been through with Riverside Regional, Fontana Kaiser Permanente (mostly) and things here that need attention is insane.
The facility itself is clean.
Most people working here are pleasant, but our family still feels that what they have conveyed to us, is just to appease us till they can be rid of him.
