From the moment you drive up into the parking lot you see many of the employees gathering the carts. So there is never a Shortage of carts. The store is always kept clean back in the fish department you do not smell fish and that’s unlike many stores that I’ve shopped at. The seafood and the things that they display for you to enjoy our lovely and they’re presented well the prices are in line with prices all over the Internet in the inland empire. Ralphs is a great store and a good place to shop. I don’t mind calling at home and the people know me after so many years. It Feels good to come home. Robyn

My daughter needed malaria medication for 4 months. Our insurance company wouldn’t give more than 2 months. The remaining 2 months cost almost $500! The pharmacists gave us ideas to get around the insurance company, including getting a 2nd prescription of a different medication which would do the same thing. they also called the insurance company countless times to get it covered. And they were always so nice and concerned. We felt so bad asking them to call over and over, and they never showed any frustration - only a true desire to help. And even gave us a website with coupons to get us a much lower price in case the insurance company wouldn’t cover it. I have always loved this pharmacy and the pharmacists working there and like it even more after this incident.

Pharmacist always opens and arrives late and not friendly. Had an issue with Covid-19 shot as well telling us to come to pharmacy and when we drove out of way to come by to get shot he tells my wife he didn’t want to open a new bottle. He said come back tommorrow. He should have looked when we originally called and talked to him how full the vial was. Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Whatever you do do not go here this place sucks. The prescriptions they carry are basically over the counter ones. Make you wait 15 mi s to tell you they do t have a prescription. After I just had knee surgery and can barely drive got in accident. Have stand there waiting for longer than 15 mins to tell me they don't have it. I wouldn't go here for anything anymore even though I live 1 mile away. Place sucks. People working are far from smart.

I asked what manufacturer makes my medication, they told me I needed to bring it in person, but after explaining my doctors appointments are all online and I don’t get a physical copy they told me to just “go somewhere else then”
