I’m from the Medical Industry, age 68. I have had to move a few times and looked for a dentists. My needs are routine cleaning, cavities and crowns. It is hard to find a dentist you feel comfortable with. What you should consider:
1. Reputation, Recognition
2. Years in business
3. Activity within the ADA association
4. Advanced technology
4. Excellent technical ability
5. Honest and accurate evaluation with a plan
6. Technicians/Staff she surrounds herself.
Look no further! Dr. McGann and her team are by far the best Dental Practice in Chester County.

Competent dentist. However, way too many patients. They accept any new patients, knowing they do not have openings to accommodate. Their schedule openings for routine cleanings are 90+ days out. Their policy is to book, book, book appointments and then play the 'wait until we have a cancellation game.' They rely on 'last minute cancellations' to 'get you in'. They want you to make an appointment 6-9 months in advance, knowing you don't know your schedule, and will have to cancel or change it. (Thus plugging up the appointment book- making it worse for everyone.) We were told to 'make the appointment, anyway.' - denying someone who might really need it. This is the method this office uses to maximize money flow. Uncertainty and hap-hazard regarding appointments is not welcome to our family's schedule.

We love Rainbow Valley dental. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They don't unnecessary service or recommendations. Their facility is cozy yet clean & sanitized. Our favorite part is being able to schedule family appointments. We're able to block out time for all of us to go at the same time. Highly recommend Dr. McGann and her staff.

My wife has limited English. She went for a visit with a serious infection in her gum. No antibiotics were prescribed. The doctor told her to go find a dentist who spoke her native language which I did. I will be cancelling all future appointments and will never return.
