Been going for years but I left. Drs never recommended ortho to me as a youth and they get bought out a few years ago. New doctor says I need it, which is good I did it. But their chairs have water tanks they fill it with cold water not even warm and put gross tasting tabs in it - isn't tap water clean? However they have Dr turnover now and they repeatedly over my last few visits x2 a year neglect to call out which teeth are on watch and they missed cavities. I was told I had one small cavity and they wanted to do it but I prefer laser drill so I went to Glenmoore, they found 1 more cavity just by visual and that one of my molar sealants needs to be redone, can be redone with the laser and another molar can get a sealant and she used the laser to clean the pit and seal it. Super reasonable for all that was only double what the cost of RWs one filling quote was! I paid cash too fyi. And RW always take X-rays and can't catch it. Needless to say when I went to this other dentist and then find she does her own cleanings and how much was missed I switched. Update - as you can see by their reply they don't deny it.

R&W provided professional service, and a thorough dental exam with cleaning services. Their staff was courteous and friendly. There were a large number of tests and images with a minimal amount of shaming. I recommend them for an exam and cleaning, but they want to do a lot of additional work. I'd always get a second opinion to make sure any recommendations are necessary in the future.

Hey work well done! I have never been to an office where from the gal doing the work at the front to the gal that was the hygienist and to the man that was a dentist. I've had a lot of trauma surrounding dental work in my life of 65 years. I can't tell you how comfortable they made me feel and how well I thought they did their work. I'm a veteran I've been in homes and businesses for 49 years now doing my work and all I can say is if I say it's good you better damn well believe it

It's very simple ... I always know that I am in good hands with Becky and Doctor Mark!! I cannot say enough good things about both of them ... very professional but in a friendly and personable way, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. When I have a dentist appointment with Becky and Doctor Mark, I feel like I am visiting two old friends. Contrary to popular belief, dental appointments can be a pleasure!

I just came here today very disappointed with Dr. Stone. I had to get a filling, the other times I got a filling the doctor would ask if I would want to have Novocain. Dr. Stone did NOT ask if I wanted Novocain or not. I always don’t get Novocain because I don’t like it. Now I’m stuck with Novocain in my mouth from this so called doctor. I’m never coming back again. Hope this helps people to stay away from this place.

For the first time in my life, I just had a dental visit that was without fear, shaming, or judgement.

For both financial and psychological reasons, I had avoided the dentist for years. Everyone at R&W -- from the receptionists, to my hygienist, Emily, to Dr. Zehra -- treated me like a person instead of a problem. They're like partners in my dental care instead of overlords (which is what I experienced before).

Despite how long it had been since I'd seen a dentist, my xrays, exam, and cleaning were virtually without pain. I remained surprisingly comfortable throughout. The whole practice has a cheerful, friendly vibe to it, and I loved that I could look out of the window at the trees while in the chair.

This practice is also extremely efficient with their intake/outtake, and cost estimates for future care were clearly presented by Jana. I'm not at all anxious about my follow up procedures.

Friendly staff and doctors who genuinely care about making their patients feel safe and secure by following all CDC guidelines for Covid-19. The office is currently going through a beautiful new renovation to better serve their patients with the same hometown feel! Great experience! Highly recommend!
