I have nothing but great things to say about pyramid outpatient. I also work in the drug and alcohol/mental health field, and sometimes have to refer people to pyramid. The staff is not only professional, but very compassionate and understanding of the drug and alcohol population's needs, and try very hard to create an environment conducive to learning about and succeeding in recovery. Addicts can be very difficult to work with sometimes, and everyone I have sent to pyramid's outpatient program, only have good things to say about the staff and program as a whole. The staff are amazing and wonderful to work with. They make every effort to make the people I send there feel welcomed and to feel like they can succeed in life without drugs or alcohol.

The counselors were great my chief complaint was the supervisor Elise. She doesn’t seem to care to help she would rather discipline or put u on contract for little stuff like attendance or being late, like we aren’t there to get thru recovery.

Not really sure what to say. As always with anybody trying to get into my puzzle of a mind which at times I can’t even navigate, I was very stand offish. My counselor was Tey and at first I wasn’t giving up much but more judging if I can open up which overtime I did (Tey broke me down) I figured give it a shot. Tey gave me the (I’m not taking your b.s. attitude) which I need. As an addict I seem to find short cuts or to get over on people even when it’s not intentional. Tey is one of us so he has the whole (been there done that ) point of view. Things were brought to my attention that were causing friction in my life and behaviors I was displaying were also brought to my attention. I feel stronger and better equipped to handle my addiction. So for that I am grateful to pyramid and Tey for helping me on my journey of saving myself, being a better father and husband. Thanks Tey!!!

Horrible. One of their " psychologist/Addiction specialist Hannah told me (LGBTQ) that I must respect and sit down with bigots who hate me and understand their point. The experience almost sent me back to the bottle but proud to say I quit Pyramid and have still been sober for nearly 5 years. Don't go to Pyramid.

My sons father. Who was in need. They promised health care help in processing an application. Counseling. Also, Dr appointments. I think they collected his funding and booted him to the streets. Where he is now in a homeless shelter!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Im going to tge state about this faculty
