My wife had a dr say that she needed hernia surgery when it was not a hernia. They performed an unnecessary surgery for a hernia without further testing such as an mri or cat scan. When she arrived for her consultation the dr proceeded to tell her that they were going to cut on her without any testing. My wife had to stop her and tell her that test have not even been run yet! Now she has an infection on one of the incision and it’s not a little infection. It hurts her throughout her abdomen and their words were to wash with dial dish soap and use triple antibiotic ointment! Worst clinic ever!

Dr. Hayes was kind, thorough and did an amazing job on a huge cyst on my husband’s back. He took the time and patience to explain everything in great detail. Not only regarding what he was doing but how to care for the wound at home. And the end result is even better than expected. Fantastic doctor.

Dr. Hayes is a phenomenal surgeon. I’ve had 2 procedures done by him, once in 2014 & another in December of 2019. His bedside manner is superb & he goes above and beyond to ensure you are as comfortable as possible, taking the time to answer any questions you have. I’ve always been treated with kindness at their offices, whether in person or by phone. All of the staff & nurses are so sweet & thorough. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

Had my gallbladder removed. While it took awhile for diagnosis ( Not Dr. Shaw's fault), the procedure was just as stated. Very pleased with Dr. Shaw and his staff!

I had a terrible experience Today, went in for a consult and None ever came to see me...All of the other customers were waited on and hurried back to see the Doctors.. I waited Over an hour and asked the receptionist 3 times when were they gonna get with me She said they only had 2 Doctors Today>>I don't know why they treated me different..I was the only person of color in the Lobby as well... Still no call or apology for this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
