Tatum & Ahmad took very good care of us. Ahmad gave us a great tour & showed us the nice view available. He made sure we knew that he'd be happy to hang my stepmom's TVs & help rearrange the furniture. He & Tatum answered all r questions. Sadly, they r located a little further away than I'd like & only have transportation for scheduled outings.

Mom is blind, can barely hear (even with hearing aids) has dementia and the staff takes great care of her. They make sure that she attends events and stop by her apartment just to talk to her.

Just had a very informative tour with Tanum & Rae who are absolutely amazing! We walked in and felt right at home with a since of comfort knowing that if whoever chooses this facility their loved ones will be treated with respect and kindness. Top notch facility with different levels of care with that said it comes with a price as most assisted living facility do. Definitely on our radar!!

I toured Provisions in Canton for my Dad. I met several nice residents and staff. This place was bay far the nicest place I toured that could meet my Dads needs. He is blind starting to become more forgetful. He needs help with medication management and reminders to eat and drink. I think this will be where I plan to plave him. Raylene was wonderful.

Very high turnover with employees. The current Director of Nursing is irresponsible and unorganized. She’s hard to reach never answers her phone (especially Sundays) and she’s just not professional. The DON doesn’t seem to have the knowledge or skill set to do what she was hired to do. The staff is ok but you can tell their very overworked and under paid. The food is horrible the kitchen is not cleaned very well and there’s at least a different chef every other month. Please reconsider bringing your loved one here. Beautiful facility but it’s going down hill fast.
