The parking was easy, checkin was a breeze, the waiting room clean spacious and comfortable. The actual rooms were the largest I've ever seen. The staff was exceptional: really kind, attentive, compassionate and friendly. Great with kids. Better hours than most others.

From the front desk to the back, its staffed with unwelcoming rude people. The tone and way they speak to people is mind blowing and no one knows anything in front when you ask questions they can’t be bothered nor know the information being asked nor willing to get it. The doctor came in told me I had Covid and pretty much said there’s nothing she can do and sent me in my way. I had to ask for medications that would help ease my current symptoms. Just not treated like I have ever in any other medical setting! Oh and if you try calling this place good luck no one answers the phone either. Most unprofessional medical place. Do not recommend!

I went in for aggressively vomiting due to pregnancy and there was blood in my vomit and it was all good until the doctor came it. She came in and didn’t ask me any questions or anything just told me what was going to happen. She told me she was just going to give me nausea meds for today and to take vitamin B12 and that was it. She gave me the prescription and told me to eat and sip on water although I told her nothing is staying in my system and I just keep aggressively throwing it up. She told me I was good to go and that I could leave

My patient had a reservation for a nebulizer treatment, and they failed to honor it, saying it was." just "Letting us know you're coming". They had low oxygen, ranging between 88% and 93%, and needed to get a treatment done to help with their breathing. They were going to have them wait over 45 minutes even though they had a reservation and sent several people back that were behind them. They said they send people back based on severity, and someone else with a little high blood pressure was more important than their breathing. They said their oxygen was "Not too bad," and the medication "Must not be helping very much" because they had to do a treatment a few weeks before. The patient is in the middle of a COPD flare; they have been trying to wait as long between treatments as possible. Their oxygen was 86% today; if they had just offered the quick and easy nebulizer treatment, they would have been doing much better today. They would get better treatment in the ER. They are very rude and inconsiderate of their patients, treating them as though they are there for unnecessary drugs when they need a simple breathing treatment. When they were brought a few weeks before, they had to wait over 3 HOURS for the treatment that took less than 10 minutes with an oxygen level sitting under 90% and extreme trouble breathing. They offer horrible care bordering on malpractice and are extremely rude and demeaning to their patients while doing so.,

When you reserve a spot don’t count on it. This system is not honored at this location and the person checking you in will be quite rude to you when you seem displeased with the two hour wait that they’re telling you after you already checked in an hour and 45 minutes ago online she will yell at you and tell you to get out and anytime you try to speak she will just keep saying let me finish even if you are trying to answer what she asked you. Completely unprofessional rude and should not be in costumer/patient care!!!!

Front desk was terrible. They had the worst customer service. Ladies there are rude and very impatient. The nurses denied service to elder in a lot of pain because they close 5 min. Man, that broke my heart. They told him to go to the hospital. Now, I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone in the office. It’s been 3 days it just rings and rings NO answer. Worst medical place.

At Urgent Care for paper copy of X-ray Re:several wks ago.Front desk female, dark hair, never got name, asked twice.Put my ID on desk, She asked verbal DOB, ph#…had name.I was not comfortable verbally to say my info, 3 nearby patients. She had my ID to see (but never to touch).I said no info change w last seen. nonProfessional, pushed my ID card to me with her pen. Heaven should help if she needs that Pen again, before sterilization. No Caring & Understanding as a front desk greeter! Third Party has my info, me to call. She said ”Don’t shoot the Messenger”! A very nice Police Officer calls & dismissed a “Complaint She & Supervisor made…gun!”Never to go there if my Life Depended on it!
