The worst place ever. My father was taken 3 times back to the hospital due to the care at this disgusting place. Had his light on for 1 hour was very sick. He had to call a family member. When they arrived the aide was sitting at the desk light was still on and no one had went. That was another trip to the hospital. He fell out of bed laid on the floor for 1 hour. Another trip to the hospital. This place should be shut down. Not enough help. Unfortunately the third trip back to the hospital was the last my father has passed. If you love your family member don't go to Providence. They deserve a zero.

If you need anything as a resident plan ahead. Staff is lacking in motivation. Their favorite line is "you are going to have to wait".this place has a few rock stars. But most employees show little to no motivation or empathy.

My mom will be 90 next month. She is in a wheelchair so the staff baths, dresses her and takes her to the bathroom every day. She gets great care! She gets her hair n her nails done too. She loves to play bingo! She’s well taken care of. I couldn’t do what they are doing for her. Thanks for all your help.

Wish I could give negative stars. Disgusting place filled with disgusting employees giving disgusting care. They're animals. And they treat the residents like animals. Funny we had a meeting to complain about my mother's poor care and neglect and 2 days later she was left unconscious by them only to be found by my sister the next day. After they denied us access to speak to her for a full day saying she was sleeping when she was unconscious. Blood pressure 82/40. Sent to hospital and admitted with several issues. PLEASE SHUT THIS FACILITY DOWN BEFORE THEY DO KILL SOMEONE LIKE THEY ALMOST KILLED MY MOTHER.

My mom was here for three weeks. With the exception of Paula, a night nurse on the second floor, everyone I encountered here was wonderful. Becky, Anna, Pam, Ashley and Denise were fantastic and took excellent care of both me and my mom (I slept in Mom's room every night). The speech, occupational and physical therapists are also top notch - caring and devoted to my mom. My only concern is that there is not enough night time staff. Three times during the night I found Mom's glucose to be either very high or very low and had to inform staff. Three times I found Mom had fallen and had to inform staff. Each time I notified staff, they responded appropriately , but what if I had not been there? How long would Mom have laid on the floor with her feeding tube pulled taunt before someone found her? You also cannot hear alarms going off in the room (if the door is closed - necessary if you are trying to sleep) unless you are nearby so I had to inform staff when an IV was finished or when Mom's oxygen machine quit working.

AMAZING place to have your family. My father has been there for quite some time and he LOVES it there. The staff is great with him and to him. He has only had one bad experience since being there and that was handled very quickly. All of the staff that he has had any association with has been caring and attentive and hard when they needed to be (PT would push him GENTLY with words to keep going to meet his goals). The nursing staff, the PT crew, the activities crew and even the van drivers have ALL been amazing and if we ever have an issue or need a question answered they are right on top of it. He feels at home there and we love that he feels comfortable and safe there since he can not be at home with us. I have to commend all of the staff especially during this terrible time as they do a lot for our loved ones that are there and they care for them as they are their own family. They have huge hearts and are so caring and it is the ONLY facility I would recommend in the area.
Facility is CLEAN and they do EVERYTHING they can to make sure we can still see our family during this Covid craziness either through window visits or video chats & I commend them for that as well

I loved being there for Rehab, all Pt and OT STAFF WERE SUPER..
OTHER STAFF WERE PLEASANT, ESP MAGGIE. ONE NURSE SAID, THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL. I waited 1 hour for a migraine pill. One night. No pills, yet documented that I had them.

The staff there was absolutely awful. They would tell you I'll be right back if they ever did come back. It was amazing. I have been recommending to people not to use this place is absolutely awful. They have no care. No concern and I got the bill the same day that I brought my mother home 😔 she was there for therapy and ended up right back in the hospital sicker than when she got there 😔
