You can't go wrong going to Progressive Physical Therapy. Michelle has helped me so much huge turnaround from when I went in I could barely walk with all kinds of issue's going on with my ribs and SI. They basically can handle anything that you need and are so kind and loving and patient
also want to say if you have any kind of hypermobility issues like I do these are the people to come to! It is hard to find people that are familiar or know about it and they are experts.

I’m a D1 rower and in the spring I started having extreme back pain. My athletic trainer at school diagnosed a muscle spasm. When I came home for the summer, Rachel found that my SI joint was out and that was causing the spasm. Soon enough I was able to function normally without pain! Rachel was super knowledgeable about the SI joint and listened when I voiced concerns. Now, I’m ready to start the fall season, feeling strong and healthy!

I’ve been going to Progressive for over a year due to back problems. Michelle does deep tissue massage on my back and hips. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her and the other staff at Progressive. They are so professional, caring and amazing at what they do. I highly recommend!

All of the progressive staff has taken incredible care of me and my tricky SI joint issue. PT Ann Ludolph has been incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in helping me get through the healing process. Her hands-on care and knowledge of medical options that could also help me have truly been a blessing. I was referred to progressive PT in Costa Mesa for their expertise in spine care and SI joint treatment by my orthopedic doctor.
I highly recommend Progressive PT in Costa Mesa overall, and especially for SI issues. The desk staff is also incredibly caring and works very hard to accommodate schedules, navigate insurance and help in every way a patient needs.

I had shoulder surgery and was really anxious about the recovery process and getting back to the things I enjoy doing. This has been the best experience I’ve had with a physical therapy office. While I have primarily worked with Rachel, and had a few visits with Stanley, everyone at the office has been encouraging, making sure that I’m not in pain but also pushing me to challenge myself.
