My First Time to the prime dentistry was excellent. Anna was my hygienist that did a deep cleaning in my mouth and her hands were amazing because I didn’t feel a thing she was so gentle. Doctor Ian was also on point and caring! They truly care about your smile and your health. I would recommend prime dentistry. Will be coming back in six months.

I’ve had 2 experiences so far and both have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and professional. And my doctor, Collin, was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. This office was recommended by a family member and I’m very happy that I listened.

I’ve been afraid of the dentist for years. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. One visit turned everything around for me. I was offered a hand to squeeze for numbing and that almost made me cry seeing they care. I took her offer and squeezed tight. If I was judged for my visit I did not feel it. My anxiety was at an all time high. Every dentist office I went to, I walked out. This time, I stayed and I’m happy I did. My family and I have a new dentist as long as we live in Philly. I recommend this place to anyone. The receptionist sealed the deal for me. She was the best. I hope they value her and know she’s very very vocal on everything involving her job and my personal life I felt comfortable enough speaking with her about. Thanks so much to relieving me of my fears and easing my anxiety

A very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Everyone was professional and friendly. The equipment was up-to-date I felt like I was in 2024. I went in for a checkup and a cleaning and to my surprise 😮 a couple of small cavities were found. The Dr. said "no need to reschedule I'll fix you right up today" and he did. NO PAIN AT ALL! Convenient parking also. You all do a great job. Thank you!

The best dentist office ever ! I always have a good experience, this is the first dentist office i have trusted since i was a kid i hated the dentist ! But they have made me comfortable enough . The front desk young ladies are awesome especially ANGIE ❤️ ! So attentive i appreciate all the workers here my dental fam at this point 🦷 & my Invisalign treatment was also here & my teeth are sooo different from what they looked like before ! Thankssssss to the team !

Originally rated at 5 stars for great customer care, changing to 3 stars due to not verifying coverage correctly but doctor tried to make it right.

Prime Dentistry’s team is kind and caring overall. From a doctor / patient perspective, they’re great in making sure you are comfortable and understand what needs to be done. However, they did misread the coverage summary which ultimately led me to pay for a procedure out of pocket.

I do appreciate that the doctor reached out to refund me a portion of what I had to pay out of pocket to try to make things right. Also appreciate Dr. Shah who personally went out of his way to write a letter to insurance due to the misunderstanding.

1. Employee gave me the runaround which I trusted, which led me to spend hours on the phone with insurance. Employee said paperwork received by insurance was blurry so they called insurance to verify. There are absolutely no records of employee calling to ask about specific benefits, not from insurance or Prime Dentistry’s office.

2. I don’t appreciate that it took months to get to a resolution. It was only until later that I was informed the doctor was traveling.

My advice would be to get a pre-authorization where possible.
