I scheduled this appointment over the phone the day before it was set. The receptionist confirmed an 11:20 appointment time. I got a text message the morning of from the office that stated my appointment was for 11:40. I assumed I had written the time in my planner wrong, and proceeded to my appointment at 11:40. I was two minutes away from the office when they called asking how long until my arrival. I explained I was two minutes away and arrived at the office at approximately 11:42 apologizing because I thought maybe you were to arrive 15 minutes earlier for paperwork. As I was waiting for the dentist to give me an evaluation for the work I needed I overheard one of the assistants say “she was late, she can wait.” In a rude tone to another assistant. The second assistant said something about me being able to hear them and the first assistant repeated herself “she was late, she can wait.” I wouldn’t have even noticed that I may have been waiting a long time if it weren’t for the unnecessary rude comment.

Once the doctor came in she explained options for my situation and I looked over at the screen and in my chart it said “patient arrived 30 minutes late to appointment” it was then that it hit me that my appointment was at 11:20 like they had originally told me, and not 11:40 like the text had said.

It was terribly unprofessional and I wanted to mention it to the receptionist thinking maybe they could avoid this issue in the future but she has a note taped to her window about “attitudes not being tolerated.” This made me think no matter how I approached the issue there would be conflict and I just would rather avoid such a petty and immature mindset for an already stressful situation. I already rescheduled at another office and will be canceling my appointment tomorrow. A shame because the doctor seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you like to avoid being uncomfortable, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, I wouldn’t go here.

5 stars plus! This is my first visit from another doctor to here & I had the absolute best appointment today with my hygienist who was spectacular (I forget her name so forgive me, she is pregnant). I apologize I don't remember your name, but I would like to stay with you as being my hygienist if possible. She was very professional and my teeth feel so clean! Absolutely fantastic! Secondly, the doctor was so thorough!! She sat & her took her time with me. Explained everything so easily & thoroughly. I can see why this place is so busy and why it's worth the wait for an appointment! I don't have a single negative word to say. The front desk were very kind (they called every time they had a cancellation but I couldn't make it due to work but NEVER forgot about me). If I could give more then five stars- I would! Thank you all so much for making my visit not only so well done & professional but also very kind❤️

Definitely worth a 5☆ review, not only do they care about teeth they also care about you! The only time it hurt was the numbing the roof of my mouth lol that hurt slightly as expected, everyone at this office is absolutely amazing! ^_^ super glad I could find a proper dentist!

This has been my best dental experience ever. I have horrible anxiety with the dentist and everyone from the receptionist, hygenist and doctor were so kind and reassuring. They explained everything to me as they did it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I never want to go anywhere else

1000% satisfied with the quality of service at Prime Dental. Prime Dental is no joke and not just going through the motions to make money, It is very efficiently run and has a very good vibe. The receptionists, the dental assistant, the dentist and everyone we interacted with we're all very knowledgeable and made it fun. Made my daughter feel completely comfortable even though she was nervous at first. Her appointment was at 2:20 PM. We got there five minutes early and my daughter was in the dental chair being taken care of by 2:20 PM.

I have nothing but good things to say about Prime Dental. They were able to get me in for a repair on really short notice. No long waits in the waiting room. Very friendly and sociable staff. Dr. Lucas is a straight shooter, very kind, and you can tell she cares about her patients. Her and her staff do excellent work. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

Very nice people. They get the job done quickly and they are good at making sure you're relaxed while they're doing the work. I've been to a few dentists the past couple years and I refused to go back. I would go back to Prime anytime it's needed. Highly recommended.
