This was my first time to visit Primary Plus OBGYN. I had Dana Tucker, APRN. She was great!! I will definitely be returning to see her. Made my first visit very comfortable. Highly recommend this office & Dana!!

This place refused to give me birth control to stop my period after being on heavy antibiotics with my IUD. they lied about the pain levels of IUD insertion. And they also judged me every single time I went for an STD screening. The people who work here are not nice.

I love primary plus! So many locations and it’s affordable. Melody in dental is the most genuine person ever! Everyone in dental is very welcoming. I have never met a mean nurse or doctor. Primary plus takes care of all my family’s medical needs.

The care is mediocre at best which is fine, but I needed to switch to a new obgyn due to my insurance and it took Primary Plus AN ENTIRE MONTH to send my records over to my new doctor. I had called CONTINUOUSLY throughout said month practically BEGGING them to send my stuff over. I’m 5.5 months pregnant, first time mom, have had serious complications. If there is ANYTHING wrong with this child due to lack of effective and efficient care and communication from this place there will be issues.

Consistently switching Dr without notification. Poor patient bedside manner. Not a professional place to see a Dr.
Continue to have to follow up with staff for medication refills.
Drs like to make their own rules when it comes to health care, prescriptions, follow-ups, and more. I would not recommend Primary Plus to patients that wish to have ongoing care or professional treatment.

I use to hate going there but its gotten alot better. I love my new OB. Kaite she is very nice an respectful! I don't have to worry about going in there an feeling judged or feeling uncomfortable anymore. Even her nurse is very nice. Thank you both for your kindness!

Dana Tucker is an amazing Dr. but sadly I didn’t have her when I was pregnant because she doesn’t do that part. I had different people everytime I came for a visit while pregnant. Some were very rude and I can’t even remember their names. I would go to Dana for annuals, or any other woman issue. But if you’re pregnant don’t use them because you won’t get good consistent, support and care.
