As a patient I should not be responsible for tracking down payments on an account when a referral and authorization has been obtained. Notified in November regarding an unpaid bill regarding unpaid bill for pulmonary outpatient rehabilitation, contacted Primary in November, again December 4th, and again December 19th to no avail. Hung up, contacted Humana and found a human being willing to listen and find the solution. Searching now to find who to contact at Primary with a written complaint on services.

This medical group SUCK's, they control all your medical needs, very bad, if you want to live a long life stay away from this company, trying to get through to them is a nightmare . they have a limited resource of doctors, you can forget about choosing a doctor. I encourage you to stay away from this medical group, there are better medical groups out there.

Do not let your loved one use these people for any type of supplemental coverage or Medicare management. They have hands down the worst customer service of anybody i have ever dealt with. Should be avoided at all costs.

Everything with this company is a struggle. No one seems to know anything nor have the authority to make any decisions. On top of that, their network of doctors and specialists is very limited.
