I can’t say enough about how amazing the Carson City Premier Physical Therapy team is. I have spent the last five months working with them to recoup from a major knee injury/surgery and recently “graduated” from physical therapy (sad day because they truly were like family by the end of it). 5 stars simply does not cut it. Austin and staff are first-rate! The environment was fun, but professional, and the staff were outstanding. I returned to competitive sports far quicker than predicted and I attribute this 100% to the expertise and customized care I received at this facility. Austin is a true professional and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with physical therapy, especially considering how broken I was when I started. I was devastated after the accident, but Austin and team gave me my active life back. I hope they realize how much they are appreciated. Keep up the good work!

They heard patients through like cows. Everyone is treated the same. Every injury gets exactly the same pt. If you tell them it hurts, they tell you to work through it. It hurt because they retore my rotorcuff. That's why I refused to do anymore and I got told, do it cause I told you to.

If you don't have a simple rehab, don't go near this place.

The staff Is really nice and friendly. The front desk are some of the nicest.

But telling someone who has been through over 20 surgeries and was complaining of pain and wouldn't do certain exercises should of been your first clue that something was wrong, but you blew me off. Now you cost me another surgery, time off from work.

I’ve owed this review for to long. As a person who loves working out and pushing the limits of my body I absolutely loved my shoulder rehab with Premier. Austin and Jacqueline really understand their jobs and take pride in what they do. They can push you to a new level and get you back into your routine in better condition than before. The staff is genuinely great and made every appointment challenging and enjoyable. I never expect to injure myself but if I ever do again i highly look forward to working with this team to recover and get back to full strength. I highly recommend going here.

Austin and the entire team at Premier Physical Therapy are awesome! I’ve been going here off and on for 5 years. Austin is honest and realistic in his care and goals for his patients. Our goal is to always get me back to running! Austin always gets me back to running!
The front office staff is so friendly and professional! The techs are great as well. Knowledgeable and personable. I really feel like the entire team at Premier Physical Therapy is like family. They sure treat their patients that way! I’m always happy when I graduate out of therapy because that means I’m healing, but part of me is sad knowing that I won’t be able to see everyone.
I highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy to assist you with your therapy needs!

These guys are all amazing! I had never had physical therapy before and I was intimidated about the experience. I had a total knee replacement and so I was already feeling a bit embarrassed to be moving around with a walker. On my first visit, I go to meet Austin and the Justine and the crew. Austin was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable and professional. The first meeting was like an orientation if you will so that Austin was up to speed with my medical info as well as what I could expect. I immediately started to feel more calm about the whole PT experience. I was in PT for about 6 months and I can tell you the by the end of my PT - all of the staff at this location were and still are friends to me. I always looked forward to each session because I knew I would meet my current goals and get new ones to work towards, plus I really came to enjoy and appreciate the atmosphere that the staff created. It was serious work but with an element of fun. There was always encouragement from all of the staff towards all of the patients. Even some of the patients would encourage each other. It was an amazing and rewarding experience and one that I greatly appreciate. I will be coming back to these guys for my PT after my next surgery and for my son's as well. I cannot recommend Premier Therapy in Carson City more. If I could give more than 5 stars - I would. They treat not only your body but your mind and spirit as well. Love them!!!!

Dr Austin Arana is attentive and gives me the right type & amount of exercises to heal. I'm excited about getting rid of my pain and learning how not to reinjure myself in the future. All of the PT technicians are friendly, encouraging, & knowledgeable. The front desk staff are also very welcoming & good at their jobs. I definitely recommend Premier Physical Therapy in Carson City!

When I came to Premier, I was very concerned about my condition and pain ever improving. The doctors were even unsure of their diagnosis. When I met the physical therapist, Austin, he evaluated me and was confident in the issue I had going on and came up with a plan to recovery. He and his staff worked consistently to give me encouragement and drive to improve. I went three days a week and they were very accommodating to get me in. The gals up front were so great (which is hard to find in medical offices, I think) going above and beyond to figure out any insurance questions. Austin and the staff always made me feel welcome and at ease, greeting me and saying goodbye at the end of the therapy. When I had to bring my young daughter and sometimes 2 daughters, they worked with that giving them coloring sheets. I cannot express how thankful I was to have gone to Premier. My arm can finally function, where as before I was crying every night in pain, and could not even wash my hair or get dressed. It has been a hard journey, and one I would not like to do again without this great office. Such a gem!

This is about the 3rd therapy office I have gone to in Carson and in Reno, and let me tell you the Carson City location is the best! Employees at this location are fantastic. Caring, loving, very knowledgeable, friendly, well they are just great. They are just wonderful with children and older people. They really do care about your heath and making sure you are progressing and feeling no pain. I have recommended this location to friends, coworkers, and family. The people I recommended and have gone to this location have the same views as I do. Just terrific people working there, but most important they want to make sure you get better, they make sure you don't get hurt while you are doing your therapy. Austin, Dan, Justine, Maribel, Kimberly, Melony, Carlos, etc. In general they are all fantastic. If you need a therapist, you just have to try this location. "It is the best!!!"
