Dr Shaffer was excellent
However, the front desk staff could be a lot better. Took a long time to check in because the 3 front desk staff were busy chatting with a sales rep. X-ray tech was great but the process needs improvement. Front desk made a big deal about giving a CD of the X-ray and charged $20 for it, which had never happens before at any other location.

Great experience! Dr. Michener is very personable, positive attitude, and to the point with what needs to happen next in the fixing/rehabilitation of my knee originally injured years ago. I look forward to figuring everything out and am optimistic on returning to soccer with Dr. Michener’s help. Great practice!

Dr Simmons is an excellent Dr with years of experience. He is very professional. Office staff is very nice as well. Our family has been seeing him since 1997 when he operated on my son’s knee. Our son was a HS and college lacrosse player and he repaired his damaged knee at 16. He is still active athletically as a skier and golfer. Dr Simmons was the only choice for me when I started treating osteoarthritis in both knees in my fifties. Thank you Dr Simmons.

This was my first visit with Dr Monaco. He went over all the previous notes in regards to my broken leg and foot. He had new x-rays taken. It shows that my bones have healed. Dr. Monaco addressed all my questions and concerns. I left the appointment feeling confident about my care.

I had researched orthopedic surgeons in PA/DE before deciding to make an appt w/ Dr. Michener. He was highly recommended and can see why. He is very down to earth, has a pleasant bedside manner and explains things well. He was reasonable and did not do unnecessary testing to diagnose what was wrong with my shoulder. Would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Michener is great. He took care of my wife’s shoulder problem so well, it was natural I would go to him when I experienced a problem. He didn’t disappoint. Really knows what he’s doing, and he gives you sensible alternatives that don’t necessarily involve surgical intervention right away. He’s looking out for the patient first.
