Dr. Christian is fantastic. He knows his stuff. He helped me rehab after knee replacement surgery but even more than that helped me regain my overall strength. He listens. He adjusts your exercises accordingly. He teaches you about your body and the issues you may complain about. He helps you understand why certain exercises are better than others and why. He is knowledgeable about the spine as well and after 4 spine surgeries was able to show me why I walked the way I walked and how to better navigate the stairs. All in all a wonderful experience

Christian is honestly the best physical therapist in Orange County! I had tennis elbow from being a tattoo artist and trainer. I could barely grip the dumbbells and had to take a break from tattooing. I’m getting better since I saw him, able to tattoo now, and slowly getting back to the heavier weights.

If ever need a physical therapist for all your gym needs, Christian is the guy 💪

I’ve been working with Dr. Christian at Costa Mesa, Orange County, and the experience has been incredible! As both a dancer and a lifter, I’ve dealt with recurring pain and injuries that were starting to hold me back. Christian introduced me to the concept of load management, helping me understand how to balance intensity and recovery in my training without a bunch of passive recovery like heat and stim which i do not like. He was incredibly thorough, explaining how rehab isn’t just about treating pain but also preventing future injuries by improving movement patterns and strength. Thanks to his guidance, I’m now more in control of my body and recovery!
