I love small business! I've been in Pottstown for 2 months. When first walking in to Pottstown Pharmacy it was love at first sight. Warm and friendly greeting. Exceptional service. Courteous and Fast. If you haven't switched to Pottstown RX do so! Forgive me I forgot the young women's name whom assisted me she was outstanding again thank you!

Always a great experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is always calm and clean. Unlike big pharmacy spots they have a great one on one with the customer basis rather than a fully automated system. All around a very great shop!

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy, I recommend it to everyone and I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so.

Love the free delivery & I can't say enough about staff - extremely compassionate, understanding and helpful during a time I didn't have health insurance.

A real hometown pharmacy, where they recognize my name and help me getting my pills as needed, and are very communicative. I especially enjoy the fact that I can have my medicines delivered to me, especially when I am sick and somewhat debilitated by illness. I recommend Pottstown Pharmacy as a better alternative to the big box store I used to use. Now the big box is secondary and Pottstown Pharmacy is in the driver seat for me.

These people are AMAZING! So helpful informative, caring, very clear communication and I have even felt comfortable enough to call these people to ask them what my insurance is for something completely else and they had no problem looking up my name and getting the information for me even though I wasn’t calling about mediations or prescriptions. I love these people. They always treat me and my fiancé so well and they have even went a step further and helped me out with a discount on my meds just to help out without me asking. They are all about providing top notch services to their customers they actually treat people like a human not some stranger or “just another customer” and it’s rare to get that experience anywhere in todays world but for just those 5-10 minutes in Pottstown pharmacy picking up your meds, you’ll absolutely have that experience there!
