Everyone at the office was so nice, I was very nervous about a root canal but Dr Michael T Gonsky was great. The only pain felt was the Novocain needle. Procedure was fast. Office was clean. Only wish I had taken some pain med before to help with the pain after the Novocain wore off. Be prepared!

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I underwent a root canal, but the pain never fully subsided. As advised, I waited six months to see if the discomfort would resolve on its own, but it persisted. I scheduled a follow-up appointment, during which the tooth was shaved down and I was prescribed antibiotics—despite there being no clear indication of an infection.

Later, I called and spoke with a staff member (I believe her name was Mariam) to ask whether I would be responsible for the cost of a re-treatment, given that the pain had been ongoing since the initial procedure. I was informed that, typically, if it’s been less than a year, the patient would not be charged. Based on that information, I scheduled the retreatment.

However, the day before my appointment, the same staff member called to inform me that I would need to pay $500 out of pocket. When I respectfully explained that this issue had existed since the original procedure, and questioned the fairness of being charged again for unresolved treatment, her only response was, “OK, have a nice day.”

I find it deeply disappointing that a practice would charge a patient for retreatment of an issue that was never fully addressed in the first place. I expected a higher level of care and accountability, and this experience has left me feeling dismissed and unsupported.

I can not express enough that the staff was wonderful and very understanding with my anxiety. From the first phone call to walking out the door. They don't take my insurance, but they did talk me through what would happen and will follow up with my insurance company . Dr. Ashley was very kind and explained everything that was going to be done . I had a root canal and pain-free . Her assistant lilianna was wonderful also . They both helped ease my anxiety . The front desk ladies were very kind . Thank you so much !

Dr. Ashley and staff were wonderful. ZERO PAIN from a premolar root canal treatment. The staff took numerous x-rays pre and post and Dr. Ashley explained the procedure. Wonderful and relaxing bedside manner. The admin staff were friendly and made payment and scheduling also PAIN FREE. I hope to never return but thankful they are there if I need them!

I love this place!!! Unfortunately I’ve had to have several root canals over the years and this place has saved me from pain every time instantly . The procedure is pain free and quick and I trust them completely. There is no practice that knows their stuff like these guys do! I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal. My consultation was with Michael gonsky. Super informative, warm, and patient with any questions. My root canal was with Ashley gonsky! The best injector and the best dentist I ever experienced. You can tell right away she is super professional and an expert at what she does. Everything was done efficiently, confidently, and gently. Their prices are extremely reasonable and while other dentists wanted to cut through my whole tooth and do a crown, here they only went from the back and left my tooth intact!! If you are a highly anxious person when it comes to dental work, I’d recommend this place 100%. Unfortunately, they only do root canals and I wish they offered other procedures. 😭 I Will highly recommend and come back if I ever need a root canal again! The whole office staff left me with a positive experience. Thank you!
