The staff is great, they are always laughing and as a patient really made me feel at ease! Dr. McShan is kind, gentle and was concerned with helping me to understand what dental care was needed and why. I would recommend Plateau Family Dentistry.

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff is courteous and professional and friendly. Never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Dr. McShan is professional, yet caring. We love Tiffany, too. She’s been our hygienist for a long time. Very upbeat personality.

The ladies are super nice. But the dentist is super judgemental and rude. Told me I needed fillings and a root canal and went to another dentist and they said I did not need those done. Scam energy.

Best I have been too he done an amazing job on my teeth! Made a tooth i though for sure i would have to have pulled in the front look like it's never had anything wrong with it! Never waited long and was very fast and nice!

Girls are super nice, that dentist though..not so much.
He's rude, and I almost wanted to show him how much my denture didn't fit, but, his attitude right from the get go was shameful.
It's been an hour and I'm still ticked off.

Had an appointment for a cleaning and McShan would not let the hygenist clean my teeth. Said I need a "deep cleaning" for $2000 then when I said I don't have that kind of money, told me to ask my family for it. Scummy.
