Literally the sweetest most knowledgeable staff. Lyneeka and Mariela did my Nexplannon removal and replacement and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. Hello just wanted to share that i had a really nice experience they are welcoming and they gave me a lot and clear information they made me feel special and also informed me that they take HIPPA really seriously and i like that my information wont be in just anyone’s hands and that is protected. The girls in the front desk were so helpful and Hilda and Annalisa were very helpful and nice I appreciate them! Thank you girls

My appointment was made during Coachella Fest (I had no idea until I left my house & was slowed by heavy traffic) I was 12 minutes late & they wouldn't see me so I rescheduled for the next day but the next morning was even worse traffic and I had a late start because my car battery was dead and it wouldn't start. Even though I gave myself 45 min to get there (its a 20 min drive any other time of the year) I was 12 minutes late again but I called b4 my appointment & told them I was having car trouble and I will wait there all day if there was any way they could fit me in because I really needed to see the doctor it was urgent and again when I got there with no air conditioning in my car and I was Over heated but at least I made it there but NO. They told me to go ahead & come back the next day So i rescheduled again for the next day & now I'm in tears. I was willing to wait all day just to talk to someone for 3 maybe 5 minutes but they refused so I made a 3rd appointment for the next day praying my broken car will get me back home and make it back there one more day but the car had other plans and it died and now I will probably will too because I still haven't seen a doctor and my health is declining. Too bad for me i should have went to the one in Rancho Mirage where they are a little more understanding and compassionate for people going through difficult times.

I went to both planned parenthood in LA and here, but I had much better experience here. In LA, I had to make appointments for three times and I hated it. I know a lot of people don’t have a good experience with them, but I waited about only 10 mins here and they were friendly as well. I expected that’s going to be worse, but it wasn’t!
People coming here have some problems already and I didn’t like the way they are stressed out about it, so thank you so much for your service.

This clinic is very unprofessional.
I went through a lot because of this clinic. I came here to get an pill abortion, and it turned out they didn’t give me all the pills needed. I reported for this.
During this time after taking the pills, I bled and cramped, and thought I had miscarried like supposed to. As days gone by, My temperature and body was so bad I had to go to the hospital. They told me I was still pregnant. I had to schedule for a surgical abortion. A weeks after waiting for my appointment that was scheduled out of town, the day before, my water had broke at 2 months pregnant, and I was going through a lot of pain, cramping. It was a very painful and emotional time for me.
Then on another occasion, for the second time, they reschedule me before the 15 minute time frame. Even after I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late. And told me they would still see me. I arrived 4 minutes before the 15 minute mark, only to be told they had to reschedule me.
I recommend the planned parenthood in rancho mirage. These women who work at this office are very unprofessional and do not care about you.

The staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional! My girlfriend had a consultation appointment and she was ignored for over an hour because they forgot to check her in when she arrived. They told her to just sit and wait over an hour without any update until she asked what was taking so long. They finally let her in and then another nurse told her that the front desk person forgot to check her in. Everyone that she encountered there was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was the worst experience we have ever had with any health care facility we have ever visited. To ignore a patient for more than an hour with rude treatment and then to invalidate their concerns when they are seeking medical attention and turn them away is despicable. I hope the people involved during this visit at this facility see this post and take action regarding their horrendous and unprofessional conduct and make a change. This is not the way you treat people, especially at a place like planned parenthood.

i booked an appointment 5 days earlier then i arrived at my appointment waiting at the lobby for 30 minutes. my appointment was 12:30 i got called in at 1pm. then they ask me for a urine sample then make me wait alone in the patient room for another 40 minutes? i’ve been here for an hour and a half and i still haven’t seen a doctor it’s already 1:50pm

The MA Rebbeca C. and one of the physicians (forgot her name ahhhhh) i believe it was Madeline, were very helpful and sweet. rebecca was very sweet, even asked me what my pronouns were and addressed me very respectfully.She was very knowledgeable. the physician answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. thank you
