Since my initial involvement I have been very satisfied with every facet of my treatment. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my rehab. No matter who I was working with the level of expertise was the same, so my experience was always the same, positive and progress assured. Thank you all for a great experience, not that I don't want to see you guys again I just don't want to NEED to see you again.

My pelvic floor physical therapist Sarah has helped me so much! She started with the foundation of proper breathing, which helped a lot. She added exercises over time to build my strength. She would send me home with a plan so that I can keep getting better inbetween appointments. All of my questions have been answered by her, I feel a lot more educated about my situation. I feel a lot more confident now and have no more pain! PT worked a lot faster than I thought it would. I would go back here if any issues arise in the future. I highly recommend! Because I was unable to treat my Plantar Fasciitis, I saw an Orthopedic doctor who prescribed physical therapy. When I first went to Pivot in Pottstown, I was skeptical at some of the unorthodox methods used to treat my condition, such as picking up marbles with my toes. But after several weeks of treatment, the painful symptoms were gone. Everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapists were knowledgeable and friendly.

I can’t say enough about the excellent therapist that work there. Kevin started working with me and he was wonderful compassionate caring.
I also worked with Alexa who was very understanding and supportive.She would always check on me and ask if I was ok. She was very compassionate . Kevin and Alexa were very helpful and patient with me. I was not really sure about this particular situation. They let me know that I was doing good.

Kevin and Alexa are both great PTs. They have helped me get through multiple surgeries and related complications, and they’re always able to take my feedback and turn it into exercises and stretches that will target the problem area. Physical therapy takes work but they keep helping me through it, and they always have positive attitudes and are really informative. Their patients are in good hands.

I absolutely loved the Pottstown PT! On Friday mornings you could find me putting in the work with Sarah! She not only advocated for me to do Pelvic Floor PT when I told her my symptoms but she encouraged me I would have great results after I finished my SI joint appts too. I had several weaknesses in mg back and legs after having my daughter and thought the pain was normal, until Sarah provided to me it was not and that having a strong Pelvic Floor is everything to keeping your body aligned and working properly! Thank you Sarah for everything!

I had such a good experience with these guys. I worked with both Kevin and Alexa and they were both awesome. They are both so knowledgeable and professional, I just can't say enough about how impressed it was.

If I need PT in the future, I would go far out of my way to work with Kevin and Alexa again. I strongly recommend them if you need physical therapy.
