Doctors Mosolino and McGraw brought me back to life like Jesus rose Lazarus from the dead! Over 20 years ago I was performing sweet motocross jumps with my Honda CR 500 when unexpectedly, the glare from the setting sun disorientated me for a fraction of a second and caused me to have a devastating crash. When I arose from the wreckage, I found my left knee was completely destroyed. The injury has haunted me ever since.

I’ve gone through a two prior surgeries in an attempt to mitigate the effects of the injury but unfortunately the arthritis was too advanced and my only option was to get a Total Knee Replacement (TKR). Being I’ve always been an elite athlete and younger than the average TKR recipient, It was important for me to find a physical therapy team that would take my recovery serious and work towards the outcome that I expected.

After being underwhelmed by other PT companies in the NEPA, I was fortunate to find Pivot in Carbondale. Doctors Mosolino and McGraw, being athletes themselves, understood what my expectations of recovery were. They worked diligently with me and weren’t afraid to push me a little harder when I was able and had the proper judgment to step it back a notch to give my body time to recover. There weren’t just doctors, they were coaches.

Whether your a young and spry high school athlete that needs to repair a sports injury to get back in the game or a rickety old bag of bones trying to squeak out one last personal record like me, the team at Pivot in Carbondale can help!

One last thing. You can utilize the YMCA for free while you are a patient of Pivot in Carbondale. Don’t be afraid to swim
some laps or knock out some deadlifts in between PT sessions. Recovery is a team effort. Your efforts will reflect in your results.

Actually enjoyed going to pivot physical therapy. That was until I had a death in the family and called the weekend advance to let them know I would not be there for two of my appointments that week. They removed me from the list even though they said they would not and caused a lot of grief. Even though two of my doctors sent prescriptions for me to be put back on the list they ignored me. Very frustrated with Michelle and whoever else is in charge there

This might be the easiest review I have ever done. The people who work on floor 3, YMCA, Carbondale, PA…easily the most fantastic people u might ever meet in your life. They care, soo much, and u can tell. I literally look forward to going to therapy. That’s not something I ever thought I would say. They’re so thoughtful and just, so genuine, it’s almost like a privilege to go there and have them work with u. I appreciate everything they do, and I don’t want to stop going, ever lol…thank u, all of u, for everything, and I hope we can even be friends outside of therapy. The therapists at Pivot are absolutely amazing. I have worked with Kyle, Destiny, and Joe and they all have great attitudes and are great people to work with! The same goes for the rest of the staff! No matter who you are working with they always greet you with a smile and ask how you are doing. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable from day one and make your time there enjoyable. I am a 76 years old. Have arthritis in the left shoulder and scar tissue in muscles on left side from lung surgery. Could only raise left arm about 12 inches. After working with Mike McGraw and Karli
For 2 months. I can now raise my left arm above head and able to do more with the left side. 80% improvement. Great place for physical therapy. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Pivot physical therapy.Thank you 👍👍👍💪💪
