My second visit with this office, not only am I pregnant but high risk as well, and one of the MAs was so rude when calling me back. When she asked if I had given a urine sample yet I told her no. Considering she just barely called me back I felt it was a dumb question and she responded with an attitude while directing me what to do. I can't bend over at all and there was no place to put my purse while I got weighed, no she didn't offer to hold it. After she told me to do the urine test to head to room 7 then walked away before I could even ask where that room was. I go to put the urine sample in the box and tell me why there was someone else's urine in the same box and they were having us give the samples in paper cups. On top of that whoever scheduled my appointment failed to mention I was just in the hospital for dilating and losing my mucus plug at 23 weeks. And when i told the MA when she finally came to the room why i was here she thought i was lying. Don't come here.
Update: the NP isn't listening to me either nor believing me. Seriously do not come here.

I have a cool new gynecologist now her name is Dr Gonzalez she's awesome she's polite professional and she does her job well I can't complain! In the beginning I complain because the previous gynecologist I have a PIH Downey was an a******his name was Dr Sanchez he didn't know anything he had me going through all kinds of trouble and pain and everything you wouldn't believe! But now I got a new one like I said Dr Gonzales she's the best anytime you need a gynecologist go see her she's the best not Dr Sanchez he don't know what he doing my opinion Dr Gonzalez is the best from what I experienced just saying! I am happy with my current gynecologist I can't complain I'm happy!

came in december to discuss birth control options and get my yearly women’s check up. Dr. Gonzalez was patient and kind, she answered all of my questions during the visit. I decided on the IUD and i was told it was a lengthy process and that id receive a couple phone calls through the next 6-8 weeks.
i waited almost two months and didn’t hear back from the office so i took matters into my own hands and gave them a call. I was told that my insurance didn’t cover it and that i’d have to pay almost 1k out of pocket. I called my insurance and they said it was covered. I don’t understand why i was given the run around for so long, most frustrating experience ever. Ended up going to PP in lakewood and they were amazing! If ur considering BC don’t come here. Better off going to PP, they have everything there already and can service u same day. PLUS i didn’t have to waste on another $50 copay!

I’m 17 weeks pregnant. Dr.Sanchez and NP Janice are both caring and listen to my concerns. I recommend going here. And both receptionists are sweethearts and make sure my appointments are booked promptly!

Receptionist Aracely, and her colleague, have been very rude and racist from the beginning! They denied me an appointment, regarding insurance. It turned out they were wrong and misinformed, and now every appointment I attend, they’re very disrespectful.

One of the Nurse say something to me because I was frustrated with what they being told me three different people call me to reschedule my appointment only because they didn’t want to take me in nurse name (Nelly ) said to me obviously you don’t care about your pregnancy
What unprofessional way to treat a pregnant woman to say those kind words to her
So I’m writing this to they website that Since I go to this women center hospital they are So rude they Talk behind other patients and they so racism

I like Dr Janice Dr John Sanchez was I had a problem
