I recently visited this facility and cannot say enough good things about the staff at PTI Heights. From Karen at the front desk to PT techs Maddie, Erin and Sarah they are all very nice and helpful. Mark the PT is very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything about my treatment and answered all my questions. Mark took me from being in extreme pain to being able to perform every day activities again. I highly recommend this facility.

The Physical Therapists and support staff at PTI are very knowledgeable and competent. They really helped me recover from my injury and now I am pain free! Thank you Graeme and Marc! All the staff are helpful and kind at PTI. Graeme has really helped me over the last year! He’s attentive, supportive and invested in adapting to try varied approaches for my complex condition (HSD/EDS) which can be really challenging to treat. Also the weightless treadmill has been very helpful in retraining me to walk properly. Overall a really positive experience!
