Dillon and Alejandro, at the facility, are exceptional professionals. Dillon is not only extremely knowledgeable and compassionate but also has a fantastic attitude. Alejandro is friendly and efficient, ensuring that your time is well spent. The facility itself is top-notch, and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dillon and Alejandro truly excel in their roles, and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Didn't know what to expect since never had PT before. PTI-Maumelle had been recommended by several friends and family members. Glad that's where I chose. Brittany C. was awesome, kind, explained the exercises and why doing them. The variety of exercises made it interesting and fun. Her PT assistant was sweet and patient. I loved them both. Thanks for getting my knee and hip back into shape.

My time at PTI has been a great experience due to the clean environment, friendly staff, and knowledge therapists! While other places offer standard treatment for all, Hannah extends specialized interventions to meet each patients needs. I am so glad to have my back feeling better due to this specialized treatment!

Originally I believed I would never heal from my back fractures that I have gotten in an accident, but the 6 weeks I had here were a complete game changer. Hannah, Emily and Alejandro have taken the absolute best care of me and healed me from the ground up emotionally, mentally and physically! I would recommend this place 15/10 times and they are getting a new facility that is 3x the size of the one they have. Best of luck and thank you all for everything! 🙂

Dillon at PTI is a miracle worker! I’ve dealt with awful back pain for years, and I was beginning to think I’d just have to live with it forever. But then I met Dillon, and WOW—my life is completely changed! He listened to all my concerns (and believe me, there were a lot!) with so much care and patience. His therapy was spot-on, and now I feel like a whole new person. The clinic is warm and welcoming, just like Dillon himself. If you’re in pain, RUN (or hobble, like I used to!) to see Dillon. He’s not just a therapist—he’s a lifesaver!

Brad and his team are the best. The teamwork exhibited by all of the staff and the efficiency of the entire operation is exceptional. Rebecca, at the front desk, is so friendly and makes me feel welcome when I walk in the front door. A special thanks to Sara for all of her encouragement and support through my recovery. She has made my rehab time enjoyable and productive. Brad is compassionate and knowledgeable and has kept me moving forward to regain mobility. I highly recommend Brad and PTI Maumelle.

I was nervous about trying physical therapy again after a previous experience a few years ago. I took a chance with them and I am so so happy with it. The staff are so friendly and they are supportive first and foremost towards your recovery. The building is clean and they are great with communication.
