The actual PT is outstanding, but I missed a couple appointments due to chronic illness and now no one will call me back, despite leaving several messages. I let them know of my illness when I started PT for my knee, too. I understand it’s their policy, but to not even return a call to discuss options is petty. My HMO will only send me there, so I can’t even get PT someplace else. I asked for a second chance so I can walk again, but to no avail. Moral of the story: DO NOT MISS AN APPOINTMENT!

Great folks. They did an amazing job.
The staff deserves 5 stars as I've had nothing but positive interactions with them.
However, I won't be returning as the owner Michael doesn't follow their own mask, let alone mandated, protocols and allowed someone to be maskless in the same room as myself and another patient.
Given that we are in the middle of full blown Omicron, and getting PT is a risk in and of itself, it seems ridiculously unprofessional.
