I went to Sylvia for Women's Health PT postpartum and she was amazing. Her personality is confident and humorous while also motherly–Exactly what I needed to feel like I could get back to some semblance of what my body was like pre-baby. The fact is, most of the symptoms we have normalized as a society postpartum are not normal, and women's health PT can really help, as long as you're willing to put some work in at home in between feedings and other craziness :).

Came to this location for physical therapy with Sylva Zelena. This is not the location closest to me but it was worth the drive to see her. She was friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. I really appreciate her help with my recovery journey. I cannot say enough nice things about her. The front desk has always been friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Sylva was my physical therapist during pregnancy for pelvic pain and postpartum recovery. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and tailors exercises to reach your goals. This was my second pregnancy and with her care I was able to prevent and reduce the severity of pelvic pain that occurred. I also believe her treatment allowed for an easier, less symptomatic postpartum recovery. Sylva worked with me postpartum so I could reach my goal to run again symptom free.

I went to StLukes PT Center Valley for a pulled hamstring. Thank you to Ken, Fallon, Maddie and Jamie for getting me back into shape for running. They always ask how you are doing and are truly concerned about your progress. They are the best!

I had an amazing physical therapy experience at this location! I saw Sylva for pelvic floor PT, and she is warm, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I noticed improvement in a short period of time and I am so pleased with the work we did together and the recommendations she gave me for the future. Pelvic floor issues are not only difficult to deal with, they are also hard to talk about—but Sylva made the process comfortable and actually pleasant and fun. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who has had a pregnancy, injury, surgery (male or female!), or just wants to strengthen or improve posture.

The location is convenient, the facility is clean and modern, appointments always ran on time, and the staff are great.
