I have been going to Physical Therapy for 18 months now. I started with 2 meniscus repairs, which let to a bilateral knee replacement. I started at the New Berlin office. The therapy was ok, however they never changed anything and did not feel I was progressing. The assistants at New Berlin were great, however, I was not impressed with the Therapist. She stood behind the counter and did not deal the the patients like she should have. For my knee replacement, I switched to the Brookfield office. I can't say enough about this place. It is amazing. All of the staff, Scott, Vince, Jill, Bill and assistants Sam and Gabby. Jeanette the receptionist is wonderful. I am still in therapy and I typically see Scott. I am making progress and I feel like we are all a family. I would highly recommend Aspen Brookfield therapy to anyone. They are 5 stars all the way

New Berlin physical therapy is awesome. Second time they've taken care of health issues for me since 2016. Clean and professional I would definitely go here again after I finish my current therapy

Aspen orthopedics New Berlin physical therapy-too small of a space to have a decent P.T. clinic & missing some essential equipment. Physical therapist that I saw on my first visit didn't seem to know what he was doing. They used what was basically a TENS unit on my foot which is basically used for pain and I don't have pain in my foot. Second visit I was seen by 2 different people who I assume were assistants while the physical therapist I saw a few days earlier just sat behind a tall counter/desk. Everyone was very nice but if you want results without wasting your money I would suggest going somewhere else. I went to Cora physical therapy on hwy 100 and always work with same person (Chai) who is a physical therapist and knows what they are doing.

Went in there for physical therapy for knee replacement therapy. I felt they started me off with the right exercises. The physical therapy is moving in the speed where it’s working. But not over doing it.
Everyone is so nice helpful. When coming in most of the time you will have different people working with you through the physical therapy. I don’t have a problem with that. They still all show you the same way of physical therapy. I highly recommend Aspen at the Brookfield location.

I love the entire staff. I have had quite a bit of pain over the past 3+ months as a result of my hip replacement. Leslie and the rest of her staff has been incredible with working with me. My recovery has been slow; however, they are more than patient with me and always continue to push me in a positive direction. I have been going almost 2 months and will continue until I am fully healed.

Staff was kind and helpful, but I was billed $600 for a 30 minute visit with a therapist, only used a towel and a rubber stretch band, and invoice said "encounter with Susan M. Larson, MD" who I have never met. I have had a great experience with my Aspen Orthopedics doctor and surgery, but the referral to Aspen Physical Therapy felt like a scam.
