I met Dr Gupta on Friday, expecting only to sign in to her practice as a new patient. Due to a last minute cancellation she was able to see me immediately for an exam and Xrays. Then discussed treatment and scheduled treatment with cleaning and impressions the very next Monday. This was important for me especially because I had broken off an upper front tooth at the gum line. That very same Friday I had all the work completed with my new partial. Her front office staff and dental assistant were friendly and professional with kindness and reassurance sensing my nervousness. I am happy to give her a 5 star rating

What a nice surprise it was to be greeted with a smile and welcome when I entered the office for the first time! The whole staff was unbelievable and everything was explained allowing me to decide on my treatment going forward. Thanks to all who made my experience good.. even though I came out - 1 tooth (extraction) less😱.. they fitted me in on my first visit!! 😋

After having a root canal, I came to Dr Gupta for a crown. She made sure the crown was good fitted before declaring the procedure as “completed”. Staff and other assistants were friendly and welcoming. My only criticism would be that I would have appreciated more explanation and reassurance while the procedures were being or about to be done; such as “I’m going to now place this is your mouth in order to …” “ok how does that feel, is it painful?” Other than that I had a good experience and I’ll be visiting again.

They said I needed my crown replaced and said it would be $2800. My dentist charges $1600. My dentist also said they put down the wrong tooth to be recapped. They said I needed a full mouth deep cleaning and my dentist said not the whole mouth. My dentist could not believe the charges they had put down. They are a complete ripoff trying to take advantage of the elderly.

This team is kind, efficient and impressive! I have been fearful of dentists since an awful experience I had not only with pain, but judgement.
Each individual from this office has shown compassion and understanding each in their own unique way.
I had to return unexpectedly after a not so fun tooth extraction and wasn't anxious at all. They did an outstanding job on my extraction and am confident in their work ahead. So much so, that now my teenage son is a patient and my husband is about to become one as well.
I am thrilled to not fear the dentist anymore! At least not at Perfect Smiles Dental!

It was a pleasant surprise to have such an unexpected positive experience at the dentist!

Very bad experience there 2 days ago. After turning down the expensive estimate for crown, I let her proceeded with what’s called “Resin composite-2s, posterior”. She splashed a lot of water into my throat and nose. I had to brush her hands away and cough out the water twice. Then the receptionist tricked me to pay more than double the estimate while I was still groggy. Further, some of the water slipped into my air tube and it is still bothersome up to now. I will write to Deltacare to stop sending new patients there.
