Stay away. Send your prescription elsewhere. They don't answer the phone and there is no alternative like an app that tells you the status of your Rx.

We tried calling multiple times on Saturday 1/25 and Monday 1/27, each time during posted business hours. Not once did a human answer. The phone just rang and rang. Seriously?

Context: Rx was on order. We didn't get a text or voicemail after it was supposed to arrive. And we couldn't get a hold of anyone to verify that it had arrived before making the trip to collect it.

Terrible customer service. They don't answer their phones. Sometimes, they pick up and then hang up on you. When you do get a person on the phone, they're short with you or rushing you off the phone. Not the type of service I would expect from Penn medicine

The check-in process was quick and painless, our wait wasn't long before we were called and there's FREE parking!

You would think a hospital facility would have some sort of system to inform people medication is out of stock. But no, instead I had the pleasure of trying to contact this pharmacy (in a hospital) for a full hour, only to be told my refill WAS successful but the medicine is out of stock. Glad I got to waste my time due to your incompetence, thanks!

I've not had any trouble with the pharmacy or anyone in the penn Radnor facility. Always nice and respectful and they text me when my meds are due. This entire facility has such a great staff and the level of care is excellent.

I was assured I would get a text message telling me my prescription was ready. That never happened. I drove all the way Radnor to pick it up TWO days after requesting the fill and they were closed inside of business hours which was not indicated on their website. Highly disappointed in the customer service. Now I must wait another 2 days to pick up my prescription. They suck.

Use another pharmacy so your treatment isn't screwed up and delayed.

Staff has failed to return promised phone calls, not given updates on medication coverage until we call multiple times to follow up on those calls that were not made and lied about processes and procedures. They have also not followed Dr instructions and not returned multiple calls from Drs and nurses to get status and fix pharmacy errors.They're actions have caused delays in treatments and procedures that could have been avoided if they would do what the say/claim they are doing.

They are great, always get my meds shipped out to me on time, I've been using them for years and they are so dependable and reliable I wish everyone I dealt with was this competent, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.
