My physical therapist Thomas H. was great to work with. He explained everything that was going on with my shoulder. We took it step-by-step and didnt rush anything. He gave me home exercises that greatly improved healing my injury. I can't recommend enough.

My experience at Good Shepard Penn Partners Therapy was pretty good from check in to check out. The personnel at check in were pleasant and quick to respond to you when you come in. They treat you with respect and try to handle any problems to the best of their ability. The therapist also treated me respectfully. She didn't have me waiting long for her to come out and get me for my session. She was knowledgeable in the area of my disability and always assisted me with my exercises. She made sure that I understood the exercises that she gave me to do at home before I left there that day. She always listened to what I told her about my pain and progress at home. She could give me other suggestions based off of what I said. I am much better off now from when I came there. Thank you Penn Therapy for helping me in my recovery.

Overall, I would rate it as excellent. Emily V., my therapist, was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the treatment and was able to answer all of my questions in great detail. She was of great help and the exercises recommended worked well on my back injury. Would highly recommend her as well as the entire facility as the rest organization appeared to be highly professional.

My first day at Penn Therapy & Fitness I was a little nervous, I’d had therapy before so I wasn’t really looking forward to it but , I wanted to return to working and I needed to see where I was at physically. My Therapist was Nicholas Kuperman and he had an assistant. I’d like to say by the 3rd visit is when I knew I was at the right place and that these professionals knew what they were doing, what was most important to me was they were really good at explaining and demonstrating how you should be doing a particular exercise. As long as I did the homework and the massage they showed me I got better and better. Thank you Penn Therapy and your services were appreciated. I’m well on my way to recovery and I have my exercises to help me stay strong.

My therapist was awesome. He listened to me and what I was going through. He was very knowledgeable about what I was going through and helped make great decisions about how to help me with the process of getting better relief.
My therapist showed me great respect and dignity even when I didn't feel that way about myself. He was great for my situation and I thank him for all that he has done for me and I would definitely recommend services to anyone who needs therapy. Hopefully I won't need more therapy but if I do I definitely will come back to Penn Therapy &Fitness

I had a great experience with Penn Therapy & Fitness, and specifically with Dr. Maria Tukis. She was warm, professional, and funny, and she made PT fun and personalized to my needs and strengths. She sees the best in people and doesn't make you feel embarrassed or bad about your injury or physical abilities. The front desk staff are also very friendly and competent. I definitely recommend Penn Therapy to anyone.

My mom and I are very satisfied with our experience at Penn Therapy&Fitness University. My mom’s therapist are Emily VM (there has 4 or 5 therapist name Emily) and Nicholas. They are very professional and super sweet, every time when we been there for her therapy, my mom felt very heart-warming with their help. The staffs we met at that facility are also friendly and with patience.,no matter the front desk staff or when we call the phone for some issues we all get very satisfied response. Sincerely appreciated for their help and highly recommend this place for physical therapy!

I had a positive experience at Penn Therapy & Fitness University City. My therapist and I really connected. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand what things I could do to address my sciatic condition, while allowing me to have input in the program that we put together. I felt great progress throughout the program and received great support from my therapist. I highly recommend anyone that needs therapy to go to Penn Therapy & Fitness University City.
