Where do I begin? I am so tired of watching my fiance suffer. I am so fed up with having to call and beg them to help. They are constantly withholding his medication refill for meds he's taken for over 15 years. Most recently, during the most difficult time we've had in our lives, they've hassled us for every refill. Evidently even though the blood work was only RECENTLY ordered my partner has been 'non-compliant,' for the last 3 years. And now he has to find time to get it done before they will do anything, leaving him totally unmedicated in the mean time. This seems to be an oversight on the part of the doctor and the office and yet another reason to hassle him. Dr. Solanet also once advised him to "get married and have kids," as a solution for panic attacks. Incredibly unprofessional and frankly antiquated ideologies at play, no doubt. I am so tired of dealing with this office on top of everything else we have going on in our lives. This is no way to treat people and stands in opposition to the Hippocratic oath. They're constantly doing him harm and I'm sick of it. What a way to treat a patient that has been coming to them since childhood.

After reading previous reviews, I decided to make my first appointment in person to see what reception I would get so I could determined if the convenience of proximity was worth negative reviews. Completely warm and accomodating reception from Kim at front desk and company. Kim took time to make sure I understood patient responsibility, made appointments that fit my needs and printed out the reminders for me.

I spent the last 6 weeks getting professional, competent, and extraordinarily compassionate care from Boris and his team. I can only state that my experience has been phenomenal and I see how the team talks to their patients with such kindness and care. I felt like family and could tell that the other patients seemed to have bonded well with the other therapists as well.

I hope others who have positive experiences take time to show hard working professionals who are over-subscribed how much their care means to them.

They never return phone calls. The office staff lack experience in customer service. They are not very friendly and can be disrespectful at times. Today I found out that for the second time they sent my lab exams to a lab not covered by my insurance. This is unacceptable, especially if they had already been informed by the patient where to send the lab exams. Due to their error, now I have to pay $741.00 out of pocket.

Called to set up an appointment, and there is no regard for patient concern or health. They told me a doctor is leaving and they are looking for a new associate (not my problem). Working in the healthcare field myself, patient advocacy comes first. I was completely disgusted the "best I can do" for an appointment was 4 weeks out. I expressed my concerns as well as my other doctors concerns to be seen sooner and all that l got was an "I'm sorry". Well I am sorry too, had you worked for me, you would be UNEMPLOYED!

This practice is not LGBTQ+ friendly. Pedro Solonet openly told me to go to conversion thearpy because otherwise I would never be happy. I formally filed a complaint about the incident at the time, but I do not feel that anything was really done to correct the situation. That interaction turned me off from trying to find a regular doctor, but now that I am starting to look for one again this memory keeps resurfacing. It seems that Penn Medicine is not committed to their anti-discrimination rhetoric seeing that he is still practicing with them. This happened in 2018.

Worse experience ever at a medical office. The front desk ladies are so disrespectful and mean... I think my blood pressure went up just by having to deal with them. Avoid them at all cost if you want to stay healthy.
