Dr. Alan and his wonderful staff are professional, caring, and one of a kind. Unlike conventional physical therapy, at Pegasus there is a varied approach with emphasis on acupressure, soft tissue work, mobilization and manual therapy. This is in addition to Dr. Alan developing an individualized exercise program for you. What I appreciate the most with Dr. Alan is his ability to cater the treatment depending on how you are doing. Patients with chronic pain have bad days and good days and he is always adjusting the approach, exercises, and intensity to suit changing needs. Pegasus staff and Dr. Alan are top notch professionals and if you are in pain you should absolutely give them a try!

Absolutely fantastic! Michael and the entire staff from the front desk to everyone involved in your therapy are caring, considerate, professional and dedicated. Each patient is treated as an individual and valued. The instructions and understanding imparted will allow me to continue assuring I am pain free and able to have full range of movement. The facility is spacious and kept clean and orderly. If I am ever again needing physical therapy, I will be a returning patient.

I have battled with chronic back pain for over 12 years and recently underwent an SI joint fusion followed by a lumbar laminectomy 18 months later. I began my journey with Dr. Alan Cheng and his crew at Pegasus Physical Therapy after my first surgery and then chose to work with him again after my second surgery. Having seen various physical therapists throughout the years prior to my surgeries, my experience with Dr. Cheng has led me to conclude that he is beyond a doubt my best experience. Dr. Cheng, or “Alan” as he prefers to be called, is smart, knowledgeable, and responds to questions with valuable information that can be used beyond his care. What I value most about Alan is that with each visit he asks questions, makes assessments, and modifies treatment as necessary as opposed to the standard routine of events that I’ve experienced with other physical therapists with no modifications. Alan has a great team and yet he always has an eye on what everyone is doing and provides input when necessary. He is a good listener, caring, and your biggest advocate when you experience a setback (which is often common with back surgery). Dr. Alan Cheng has provided me with stellar care. He has strengthened my back, hips, and pelvis, provided me with a program I can continue with at home, and rekindled my sense of optimism as I navigate my physical health in the years to come.

Both Alan Cheng and his well trained team provide an alternative treatment to standard Physical Therapy centers. They are hands on and don’t just hook you up to machines. Dr Alan is the best around! I have been going to Pegasus for over 5 years, and although its slightly out of the way for me, it is SOOO worth it. The staff are professional and friendly and they always fit me in even when I call for a last minute appointment. Cant recommend them enough!!!
