By far the worst group of people to deal with. The clinic in Cabot can not keep staff; they seem to turn over the front desk staff every few months, then you can never get ahold of them to get prescriptions filled. The new office lady in the office tries to talk to you like you are a baby and is super rude. I am glad to have my kids now out of this clinic. I will say Dr. Montgomery is by far the worst doctor this clinic has. She is very judgmental and called my daughter fat; I nearly went to jail that day. We moved our kids and will never look back.

They are an efficient dedicated pediatric clinic. The front desk staff was a tad blunt, and seemed quite busy learning a new computer system, but I was impressed with how quickly people were called back. It is not a walk in clinic, but they made time for an appointment far quicker than our previous clinic. They accept Tricare, which is great for military types.

I had trouble reaching them by phone for a couple weeks, but the receptionist Jenny was very fast and thorough once I did reach them.

The facility seems small but well staffed. The waiting room is quite small, and there is no separate area for sick kids vs healthy kids. Parking is tight; one family had to park at the adjacent storefront.

The two nurses we saw today with our 3 year old were both excellent with kids and gave good advice. I did not feel rushed as I did in our previous clinic, and I absolutely value how quickly they called us back and got to work. Very little waiting around. I would recommend this clinic as a great local choice for parents in Cabot, and we look forward to actually meeting a doctor next time.

Dr. Battles and Dr. Still are really good doctors but this place definitely needs better help, is an appointment only facility but good luck ever getting anyone to answer the phone or call you back to make an appointment, that’s a joke for sure, you can start calling as soon as they open and call back every ten minutes all day and by the time they close nobody will have ever answered you STILL it’s absolutely ridiculous. At least at the Sherwood location they put you on hold until they have a second to talk or schedule you, Cabot just sends you to voicemail and then never checks their voicemails. Also had a problem with one of the doctors, can’t remember her name but she’s got these crazy drawn on eyebrows that I wanna wipe off so bad, but she definitely judges people based on appearance, is super nice when I take my kids to the doctor but the one time their dad took them by himself (he has gold teeth ect.) she put on my daughters school paperwork that her asthma was being poorly managed but put in the computer that it was well managed because she knew she was wrong but she didn’t like the way dad looked…

I have called multiple times and no one ever returns calls I have left 3 voicemails in the last 24 hours. My son has a 102 fever and they can't even return a call.

Edit: took my son to urgent care because no one called and he has strep. How wonderful it would have been to get him on antibiotics yesterday when I started calling. Now he has to suffer longer because no one knows how to return calls.

Edit:48 hours after my 1st call I finally received a call back.

Literally traumatized my son when they tried to get his stitches out with dull scissors. She was humming and closing her eyes as he was crying in pain. Then asked if I wanted to get another doctor to help “hold him down”. Like NO that is torture and child abuse. Be careful with bringing your babies here.

Dr Battles is amazing, empathetic, and a dream with our child. She eases in and treats her with the ease of a loving family member. We have nothing but glowing and thankful feelings for her compassionate care these last four years. I don't know why I didn't say something sooner. Thank you, Dr Battles for your hard work and passionate dedication. I wish I had better words to speak of her but that's the best I can do.

Front desk needs more help. They transfer all the NLR clinic calls to the Cabot office too. It’s a little wild. The front reeks of cigarettes and cheap lavender. I had a headache after leaving from the awful smells. The nurse we saw was amazing. The doctor was alright. The place just seems run down and super small. You can barely walk through the hall with an infant car seat. I was nervous taking my newborn in such a small space with sick children.

Let me start this review with some important information: my son does not have his "shots" as we don't believe they are good for us.

My wife went to this clinic for one single reason - my son was having an allergic reaction to SOMETHING and we wanted help in determining what it is. We scheduled an appointment with this clinic and she took my son in. After they were with the doctor and already paid, the doctor started refusing to do tests on my son because he didn't have his "shots". What in the world does "shots" have to do with allergic reaction? Are they proven to prevent allergies? Anyways, my wife asked him to do a blood test for allergic reactions and he refused. She insisted and he very sarcastically agreed to do it. Before finding out he didn't have his shots, the only thing this doctor offered to do what give him all types of medicine...and "we'll see what happens". Does it take a medical degree to experiment on a child with medicine? After finding out about not having shots, he refused to do anything more for him.

Bottom line, if you are pumped full of drugs and vaccinations, then this clinic may be for you. If you don't pump your kids full of drugs and man made chemicals, then I would recommend you stay away from this place.
