I’ve been working with Kevin at Pedal PT to heal a yoga-related injury (what I thought was a high hamstring issue, but turned out to be connected to my pelvis), and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the very first session, Kevin had a clear understanding of what was happening in my body and gave me one simple exercise that significantly reduced my pain—something I’d been trying to resolve for months with other approaches. After just that first appointment, I was already feeling 80% better. Kevin’s knowledge, clear communication, and effective treatment approach have been game-changing for me. Highly recommend Pedal PT to anyone dealing with a stubborn injury or looking for truly personalized care.

PedalPT is an amazing place to get physical therapy, a bike fit, or both. Kevin worked with me to figure out where my pain was coming from, taught me some exercises that have helped me recover and get stronger, and he expertly fixed my fit on my two bikes. You don’t need to be a cyclist to benefit from their PT expertise. And if you do have a bike and have been feeling sore and you can’t fix it, Kevin can help you figure out.

There is also the added benefit that PedalPT takes a lot of health insurances and a bike fit would be covered.

I had such a great experience at Pedal PT! The bike fit was spot on—they took the time to really understand my setup and made adjustments that immediately made riding more comfortable. On top of that, they worked on my neck and back, which have been giving me trouble for years, and I already feel so much better. The team is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. If you’re a cyclist or just need quality physical therapy, I can’t recommend them enough!

Kevin is a great guy with so much knowledge and is so helpful. He's extremely passionate about bikes and helping people get the most enjoyment out of their rides.

He not only dialed in my bike, but taught me about good riding form, and went above and beyond answering my additional questions.

Kevin does this because he loves it and his enthusiasm shows. He rides a lot...and I mean a lot, so he knows what he's talking about.

I put off getting a bike fit for months and I'm so glad I finally went. You might not think you need a bike fit, but you do. It makes all the difference and it can completely transform your riding experience.

Thanks to the entire staff at Pedal PT

10/10 would recommend this place! I had Kevin who is LOVELY and by far the best PT experience I’ve had. He worked his magic and healed my herniated disc from climbing injuries in only just a couple sessions. Not only did he help with my injury but he was SO KIND and encouraging and willing to help with any questions at all. Kevin and this place were so valuable to me and I’m just so grateful for it and y be back doing what I love!! thanks times a million Kevin!

I have a complex health situation and I've had to become more discerning with who I work with. I was trying to get more information via email to see if Pedal PT was going to be able to support me, my needs, and my budget. They stopped emailing me back. Ouch. I would have preferred a direct "no"

I’ve been going to pedal PT on and off for several years and can’t say enough good things about working with them. Their approach is not to overwhelm with endless handouts of various exercises but build simple routines that are effective and easy to adopt. They helped me get through two serious back injuries and now I have a much better understanding of how to build strength while protecting my back from injury. I greatly appreciate how much they care and their passion for biking is always inspiring.

Working with the team over at Pedal PT was an encouraging experience. Kevin is really knowledgeable, and supportive. I was having IT band pain for several months in my left knee, and Kevin was able to correct my bike fit and help me get back on the road pain free. I strongly recommend stopping in if you have any pain while riding your bike. Located right off the Clinton street bike path it’s easy to access. Parking is abundant around the office also.
