Head to Pavilions for specialized food items and gifts. This place has everything you could want in a grocery store when price is no object! Check out The Bistro for a yummy lunch (open 10-6). I tried the Ono Bowl and he made the zucchini noodles right in front of me! They also have fresh made sushi packaged to go.

My experience with Chase at Pavilion's flower section in Rancho Santa Margarita on December 16, 2023, was truly delightful. Chase's kindness and helpfulness while I was purchasing an orchid flower were exceptional. His genuine warmth and expertise added a special touch to the shopping experience. Kudos to Chase for making the visit memorable and enjoyable.

What a disorganized staff—they messed up my order. Can you imagine waiting twenty minutes only to be told they couldn’t find my order? Then, a while later, another customer brought back some groceries, and the staff told me that was actually mine?! Can you imagine given to someone else and then returned to me!? These were groceries!!

Here are a few suggestions for you:
1. As service staff, don’t try to interrupt when others are speaking.
2. Don’t glare at people aggressively, constantly interrupting and insisting it’s their fault.
3. If it turns out to be your own mistake, please apologize—even if it’s an issue caused by another team member, since they’re still part of your team.
4. Provide more professional training for the team; don’t appear so inefficient. Hire a few more competent people and let go of the uneducated“Karen” types.

Stopped in for routine groceries and grabbed some food from premade deli area. I got a kale salad and lasagna at 1pm. The salad was slimy and absolutely disgusting like old mayo and overkill cajin spice made it very off. I plan to return it, im sure its that bad/spoiled immediately when I got home. The lasagna was also almost inedible. If I wasn't so broke I wouldn't eat it. My toddler loves all other lasagna we had and he didn't touch it. Having said that two servings of lasagna should not cost $20 from the grocery store deli. Never again.

Plant based products on the increase here and price points are good comparable to othe stores. Has small organic produce section that is fresh and bright. This grocer carry some unique items unfound even at natural stores. Highly recommended if the need to shop health conscious. Late night opening a plus also.

This review is for Pavillions Bakery at Antonio Parkway and La Promesa in Rancho Santa Margarita. I am very happy and relieved that they were able to accommodate my request for a small rainbow cake for our daughter’s 4th birthday celebration this weekend. This morning, January 12th, I went in around 9:30 a.m. and spoke to Jolene at the Bakery and put in my order to pick up after 2:30 p.m. I explained exactly what I wanted-a white cake with a rainbow drawn on top, as that was her one request. Ralph’s bakery by RSM Lake did not make the rainbow cake as promised (it was only a white cake with blue writing with no rainbow anywhere on the cake when I went to pick up) so I ran into Pavillion’s this morning last minute, hoping they could provide me with a new rainbow cake. We’ve had positive experiences at this Pavillion’s bakery in the past couple of years buying all kinds of cookies for class parties as well as cupcakes and birthday cakes for family’s birthdays. They are always very helpful, accommodating and communicative, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much-our daughter is very excited and it looks so cute!
