Waited 3 months for an appointment after labs came back with questionable results. Dr. Antonia Mendoza cancelled my appointment the day before and had no appointments available for another 3 months!! So unprofessional! If there is something seriously wrong I will be holding this practice responsible. Find another practice. Don’t go here!

Substandard care! If you value your life, do not ever go here! They dont answer their phones. They prescribe medicines that require preauthorization from insurance, then never call insurance to get said meds approved. They give scripts for bloodwork to be done 2 weeks after starting meds but no need to do so when meds have not been able to be started. We waited 6 weeks just for a follow ip appointment, and they expected us to wait that same amount of time for biopsy results! Ridiculous! Then when you miraculously do get to speak to someone, they get an attitude with you. I do not recommended Anyine go here!

Does not answer the phone or return calls. Most recently, I called three days in a row and left 5 messages. I never received a return phone call. This is not an isolated incident. This occurs on a consistent basis when I try to speak with anyone, specifically Dr. Mendoza, in the Jefferson Hills office. Very poor communication and attention to patients’ needs.
