Park Terrace has become a part of our family. We are very happy with the care and support for our parents. The staff is excellent and really try to do everything they can to make Park Terrace a pleasant home. A few days ago I attended the Halloween party and happy hour it made me so happy to see mom interacting with friends and the staff.

Will, Carolyn and Kathi, to name a few, are members of the staff who really stand out as treating residents like family they consistently put their “sincere all” into their respective roles, going above and beyond to make my mom happy and comfortable. I’ve observed how much she just lights up when she sees them. In addition, Geno rolling his sleeves up and bbq’ing swordfish was a highlight. The fact that someone who carries such a high administrative role as Geno is willing to roll his sleeves up and help make residents happy, tells us that his management is likely what’s behind much of what makes PT a happy, healthy, respectful environment.

Park Terrace is an amazing community, filled with loving, caring, respectful and responsible staff members. My mom has been a cottage resident for 16 months and we continue to be inspired by the community itself and especially staff. Park Terrace made the transition from my father in law living alone for 30 years to assisted living so much better than he expected. After just a few weeks, we noticed that he was talking about the activities and meal times like he enjoyed them; especially the desserts. A few months later, he decided on his own to add the laundry service and wow, is feels like his life is much easier now. We are grateful to Park Terrace for their important part they played in making this move calm, personal and welcoming.

Park Terrace is a wonderful place for mom/grandma. Currently she is in the assisted living part of the facility and as time goes on she is requiring additional assistance with personal care, mobility and overall well being.
The staff is kind, courteous and sincerely concerned about the residents. They keep us informed should any issues arise and go the extra mile to make mom's living situation safe and secure.
The meals and amenities are top notch as well.
Residents are able to do excursions off site and there are activities on property including Holiday celebrations, live music and a host of things to enjoy.
We are grateful to Park Terrace staff for providing a safe and secure place for mom.

My mother Helen has been a resident at Park Terrace for nearly 5 years. Despite her Alzheimer’s disease, the care and support provided by the staff have been exceptional. The caregivers show genuine compassion and patience in their interactions, ensuring her comfort and well-being.

The facility itself is well-maintained, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. The activities tailored for residents with memory impairments are thoughtful and engaging, stimulating her mind and bringing moments of joy to her days.

The professionalism and dedication of the entire team, from nurses to administrators, have made this challenging journey much more manageable for both my mother and our family. I especially commend Memory Care Director Rhoda Alfafara and staff Ada and Avis for their tremendous efforts. I highly recommend Park Terrace for its outstanding care, compassion, and commitment to their residents.
